Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 被処理体に処理液をスプレするノズルを有する
    ブース、このブース内でスプレした処理液を回収
    して処理液の調質とスラツジを沈澱させるととも
    に材料補給手段を有する調質沈澱槽、この調質沈
    澱槽内の清燈な処理液を過する過機、この
    過機で過された処理液を熱交換して上記スプレ
    に供給する熱交換器、上記スプレした処理液を上
    記ブース内から調質沈澱槽に全量回収する手段を
    備えてなる表面処理装置。
