Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、引出しの後壁または側壁に引出しの
レール部材を取付けるフイツテイングに関し、該
フイツテイングは、引出しの後壁または側壁に取
付け可能な支持部材を含みかつ該部にレール部材
の後端が保持され、さらにレール部材内に挿入可
能な取付部材を含みかつその中に締付スクリユー
が螺合される。
現代の家具構造において、前板が特殊の保持装
置を用いて引出し側壁に調節可能に取付ける引出
しが知られている。或る場合は、引出しは、家具
部分の後壁に、または家具部分の後壁に取付けら
れた支持部材に前板から延びるレール部材を各側
壁上方に具備している。
〔考案の要約〕 本考案の目的は、前板から遠い方の側にレール
部材を取付けるフイテイングの改良に関する。こ
の構造において、レール部材は引出し側壁と同様
に、引出し後壁に取付けることができる。
本考案によれば、レール部材内にねじ込まれる
ことが好適な取付部材が支持部分に係合可能であ
り、かつこの支持部分が締付スクリユーが貫通す
る開口溝穴をもつ構造によつて、上記目的が達成
できる。
この取付部材は、支持部分内に迅速に係合で
き、さらに、締付スクリユーを取付けることによ
つて極めて強固な結合を得ることができる。
取付部材は、レール部材内にしつくり受入れら
れる円筒形のねじ山を有しない部分をもつ。
本考案による取付部材は、公差を補償するため
に異なる範囲にわたつてレール部材内にねじ結合
される。レール部材の前部が、本出願人による既
出願に記載されたようなねじ山部分をもつとき
は、レール部材は前板の傾斜を調節するのにも用
いることができる。この取付部材は、もしレール
部材が前板内へねじ込まれすぎたならば、レール
部材から部分的にねじ戻されることが可能であ
る。
本考案の一実施例において、取付部材は支持部
材の凹所内に係合可能な先端部分をもつ。
附図を参照して、本考案の一実施例について、
本考案の詳細を以下に説明する。
〔好適実施例の説明〕
第１図から明らかなように、１は前板、３は後
壁、および２は引出し側壁を示す。引出しの各側
には、引出し側壁上方に配設されたレール部材４
がある。
各レール部材４は、フイツテイング５によつて
前板１に取付けられている。板状の支持部材６が
引出しの後壁３の各側にねじ結合されている。
板状支持部材６は横方向に突出する固定部分７を
もち、この部材に、レール部材４が取付部材８に
よつて係合可能である。
支持部材６は、さらに、支持部材６が正確に位
置づけられるために、後壁の前側と当接する２つ
のフランジ９を有している。
第２図および第６図から第８図から分かるよう
に、支持部材６は対象形状をもち、従つて後壁３
の左側にと同様に右側にも取付けることができ
る。
支持部材６を取付けるために、支持部材は穴１
０を有し、この穴は図において１１で示されるよ
うにその両側において座ぐり部分が形成されてい
る。
固定部分７には、取付部材８用の開口溝穴１２
および凹所１３が形成されている。
取付部材８は、ねじ山付き部分１４と、レール
部材４内にしつくり受入れられる円筒形のねじ山
無し部分１５をもつ。
ねじ山付き部分１４によつて、取付部材８は
種々の範囲にわたつてレール部材４内にねじ結合
可能であるので、前板１と後壁３との間の距離の
相違を補償できる。
締付スクリユー１６は、取付部材８にねじ込ま
れる。締付スクリユー１６は、レール部材４が係
合状態にあるときは支持部材６の溝穴１２を通つ
て突出し、かつ支持部材６は締付スクリユー１４
によつて取付部材８に締付られる。
取付部材６は支持部材６の対応する凹部内に適
切に受入れられる先端部分１７をもつ。
支持部材６と取付部材８は、ダイキヤストによ
ると同様に、プラスチツク材料で造ることもでき
る。

図は、レール部材の側面図でその部分が断面で示

支持部材の上面図でその部分が断面で示されてい

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 引出しの後壁または側壁に引出しのレール部
    材を取付けるフイツテイングであつて、 引出しの後壁または側壁に取付可能でかつレ
    ール部材の後端が保持される支持部材を含み、
    およびレール部材内に挿入可能でかつその中に
    締付スクリユーがねじ込まれる取付部材を含
    み、さらに、レール部材４にねじ込み可能であ
    ることが好適な取付部材８が支持部材６内に係
    合可能であり、さらに、支持部材６が締付スク
    リユー１６が貫通する開口溝穴１２を有する引
    出しのレール部材の取付フイツテイング。 ２ 取付部材８が、レール部材４内にしつくり受
    入れられる円筒形のねじ山無し部分１５をもつ
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のフイツテ
    イング。 ３ 取付部材８が、支持部材６の凹所内に係合可
    能な先端部分１７を有する実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載のフイツテイング。
