Or, when a person is holding something, troubles such as dropping it and staining the rug or other items often occur.

が不十分である等の問題があつた。 In order to prevent such difficulties, for example, the back of the underlay is coated with an adhesive material to prevent slipping, or an elastic foam sheet is used.
Many proposals have been made, including the use of sheet materials coated with resin latex. however,
When the adhesive material is used, its weight increases, making it difficult to handle. Furthermore, elastic foam sheets themselves have low strength, and are limited in size and use.Resin latex also has relatively low elasticity against deformation, and its anti-slip effect is insufficient. There was a problem.

は困難である。(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in many of these conventional proposals, for example, in the case of the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 48-89525, a foam-containing elastic coating layer is formed on the upper and lower surfaces using foamed vinyl chloride resin, etc. When used as an underlay net, the plasticizer etc. in the coating layer oozes out, causing stains and stains on the floor surface, and the underlay net itself also tends to become dirty. Furthermore, although the foam-containing elastic coating layer has a high degree of freedom in deformation and has a complex surface, it has high frictional resistance. However, it is difficult to expect a sufficient anti-slip effect.

It has a general structure in which a wart-like protrusion 7 is provided, and an adhesive resin coating layer 8 is formed on the other side of the back side.

These yarns may be knitted or woven, but plain weave, leno weave, twill weave, mock-shape weave, etc. may be used, and they may also be knitted.

However, the resin layer 6 is made of vinyl chloride resin. The foaming method is not particularly limited, but it is desirable that the material has appropriate elasticity and flexibility after foaming, and has a deformation recovery function against external forces.

A coating process is performed in which the intersection part 5 of the warp threads 3 and the weft threads 4 is sealed and joined by coating with a resin compound containing a stabilizer. are bonded and fixed, and the resin compound is locally attached to the raised portion at the bonded portion, so that the swollen head of the verrucous protrusion 7 protrudes at the intersection 5. Furthermore, an adhesive resin coating layer 8 was formed on the back surface by applying an adhesive coating treatment using an appropriate coating method using an acrylic resin compound containing an adhesive in the same manner as the one-sided coating treatment described above. It is structured as follows.

500 denier x 2, horizontal, 1000 denier, density,
Vertical, 11 pieces/5cm, horizontal, 11.5 pieces/5cm, weight
When using a leno mesh base fabric 2 made of 65 g/m 2 of polyester fibers, the amount of the foaming agent-containing vinyl chloride resin compound adhered to is 100 ~
A range of 200g/ m2 is used. In addition, the adhesive resin coating layer 8 formed on the back side prevents the plasticizer from oozing out during use and causes dirt, stains, etc. in the case of conventional vinyl chloride resin processing, and has an anti-slip function. For example, when using a sticky acrylic resin formulation, 5 to 50 g/m 2
The amount of adhesion is appropriate.

Since there is a gap between the two, it has air permeability, and the intersection part 5 is encapsulated and fixed, but it has a greater degree of freedom and resilience to deformation than ordinary woven fabrics, resin sheets, etc. I have it too.

It has the ability to compress or expand. In addition, especially in the present invention, the wart-like protrusions 7 protruding from the intersections 5 not only have the elasticity and flexibility of the material itself, but also have the function of absorbing loads from external forces through compressive deformation. .

From the point of view of preventing slippery spots, the verrucous projections 7 of the present invention have protruding swollen heads and have elasticity and flexibility, so they can be used against uneven surfaces lined with carpets, mats, etc. The effect is that the swollen head portion engages with the complicated back surface with many bumps, and the warty protrusions 7 tend to restrain the complicated back surface of a rug or the like.
