を合成する立方晶窒化硼素の合成方法において、前記原
料ガスに水素および不活性ガスを添加し、これをマイク
ロ波無電極放電中を通過させ、300〜1300℃に加
熱した基板表面に立方晶窒化硼素膜を析出させることを
