For the winding of an electromagnetic coil, for example, polyurethane-coated so-called enamel-coated insulated copper wire (hereinafter simply referred to as electric wire) is wound and laminated around a winding frame. The end of the wire is wound around the winding locking connection, and then wound around the winding frame, and the end of the wire after winding is similarly wound and locked around the winding locking connection, and then it is cut and wound. After finishing the work, the two winding locking connection parts are soldered to complete the electrical connection. Therefore, the wire end portions at the beginning and end of the winding are fixed to the respective winding locking connections in a tensioned state.
And the diameter of the winding of these small electromagnetic coils is
They are often extremely thin, measuring around 0.1 mm, and are difficult to cut.

Therefore, when this type of electromagnetic coil is applied to an electromagnetic pump or an electromagnetic valve, and is used for supplying fuel to combustion equipment or attached to a fuel oil pipe, the temperature of the electromagnetic coil is -20℃ before combustion. Sometimes the ambient temperature reaches about +50°C and the temperature difference becomes large, and in addition to this, the temperature of the electromagnetic coil itself increases by 60 to 70°C due to energization, so the temperature difference becomes even larger. Furthermore, when these electromagnetic pumps and electromagnetic valves are used to transfer refrigerant or cold water for air conditioning equipment or freezing equipment, the difference in ambient temperature is also large.

In these cases, the difference in ambient temperature of the electromagnetic coil is large, and the temperature difference of the electromagnetic coil itself is also large, which means that the electric wire expands and contracts to a large degree due to expansion and contraction. Accidents often occurred in which the winding start or end end of the winding was disconnected from the connection of the respective winding locking connection parts. In addition, slight vibrations during the operation of the electromagnetic pump and vibrations during the operation of the combustion equipment or cooling equipment equipped with the electromagnetic pump or the electromagnetic valve further promote the breakage of the electric wire.

Furthermore, an external force applied when inserting or disconnecting a male terminal from a female terminal for electrical connection with an external power source is transmitted to the winding start and end winding connection parts that are integrated with the male terminal, and each electric wire is This was an additional factor in the disconnection of the terminal section.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned defects in the conventional technology, prevents the wire terminals from being cut at the beginning and end of the winding, and easily and reliably connects the wire to the winding locking connection part, improving workability. At the same time, the terminal fitting integrally equipped with the winding locking connection part and the male terminal for electrical connection with the outside is firmly attached and fixed to the collar of the winding frame of the electromagnetic coil, and the electric wire terminals at the beginning and end of winding are attached. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly reliable electromagnetic coil that reliably protects the insulation of its parts and can be mass-produced at low cost.

The electromagnetic coil according to the present invention is provided with an electrical connection to the outside at at least one flange of a coil winding frame comprising an insulator having a flange provided at both ends of a hollow shaft and/or in the middle thereof. In a device equipped with a terminal fitting each equipped with a male terminal and a winding locking connection part for winding the coil, the winding start wire terminal part and the winding end wire terminal part are respectively hooked and detoured, and the winding end part of the winding wire is hooked and detoured. A removable extra tension pin for relaxing the tension of both ends of the electric wire is attached to the guide groove of the winding start electric wire and its winding locking connection part provided in the collar, and the guide groove of the winding end electric wire and its winding locking part. This purpose is achieved by configuring the connectors to be provided on the outside of the collar facing between the connecting parts.

After winding the wire, the extra tension pins 9, 8' are removed by breaking off, and the winding start and end wire terminal portions 1 are removed.
5', 16' are respectively released from tension and their relaxed portions are loosely inserted into the guide grooves 12', 13'. It has a relaxing effect that prevents the coil from expanding and contracting due to heat generation temperature changes of the coil itself, vibration, and disconnection from the terminal and the winding locking connection parts 6a' and 6b' due to external force applied for electrical connection with the outside. .

Slit 26 of terminal fitting 7c with male terminal 5c
By inserting the legs or leads of the fixed resistor 28 into the slit 26a of the terminal fitting 7a' and soldering them, the variation in the resistance value of the electromagnetic coil can be corrected and the output, that is, the magnetic force, can be made constant. You can arrange it. Furthermore, connecting the leads of the rectifying elements to both of the slits is useful when energizing the electromagnetic coil with a current obtained by half-wave rectifying the AC power source.

As explained above, the winding frame of the electromagnetic coil according to the present invention is provided with overtension pins that can be removed after winding at the start and end of winding, respectively, and are hooked onto the overtension pins during winding to bypass the winding. By removing the excess tension pins from the end portions of the wire at the beginning and end of the winding, the excess tension of the wire that had been detoured around and forming the two sides of a substantially triangular shape is loosened, and the winding wire and terminal fitting are loosened. The tension at the end of the wire at the start and end of the winding between the winding locking connections is relaxed, and the electromagnetic coil expands and contracts due to temperature changes due to ambient temperature and temperature rises when electricity is applied to the electromagnetic coil. This reduces and avoids the effects of vibrations during the operation of the equipment to which the electromagnetic coil is attached and external forces when connecting and disconnecting terminals when electrically connecting the electromagnetic coil to the outside. Accidents of disconnection from the locking connection can be prevented.

In addition, since the winding locking connection part of the terminal fitting is exposed on the outside of the collar of the winding frame, it can be wrapped around and locked during winding work, and the terminal processing work of soldering after winding the coil can be facilitated. It can be reliably fully automated and is suitable for mass production, reducing costs and improving productivity and reliability.

The collar and terminal board are equipped with guide grooves for the start and end of winding, which shield and protect the wire from the outside, especially when the wire at the beginning of winding is wound in multiple layers. Prevents accidents such as poor insulation and disconnection due to friction and wear.

Furthermore, the terminal fitting is tightly fixed to the collar and its terminal plate portion, and is stable both electrically and mechanically for the reasons stated above.
