This is a molding method in which resin mixed with a curing agent is supplied from a tank to the bottom of the mold, and the resin is sucked up from the top.

Therefore, there are problems in that the resin is not sufficiently sucked up and unevenness occurs, and that there is more resin than glass fiber, and as a result, sufficient strength cannot be obtained.

の接触を遮断して硬化を促進する。 Furthermore, since the amount of resin is large, it is necessary to mix a wax component into the resin in advance to accelerate curing during drying. After molding, this wax component floats to the surface of the product to form a film, which blocks contact with air and accelerates curing.

This method is characterized in that it is a manufacturing method for a large container in which a resin liquid is injected under pressure, and atmospheric pressure is applied to an airtight sheet to impregnate a glass fiber layer with the resin liquid.

By increasing the amount of fiber and therefore the glass fiber content, the strength of the product can be significantly improved compared to the conventional manufacturing method in which no pressing is performed.
In addition, because atmospheric pressure acts uniformly on the entire surface of the product, uniform strength can be obtained.

No longer needed.
