状である。これだけ待望されながら実際と実状を無視
し、工業所有権の獲得のみに走り、これが災いして「紙
上の定規あて付きテンプレート」になっているのであ

切削して作製すると、そのテンプレートになる部分の薄
板まで切削する部分が多く、その切削する熱で製品に歪
が出来る。分離型の場合は従来申請されているように、
定規あて(2)を四周共一体に作成すると図3のように
定規あて(2)の部材の断面積はかなり大きくしないと
堅固で丈夫ではない。こうすると中のテンプレートの部
分の面積が小さくなる。そこで図4のように定規あて
(2)の部材の断面を小さくするとテンプレートの部分
は図3のものに比べて大きく使えるようになるが、定規
あて(2)が細くなり実際には、たわんだり、ねじれや
すくなり、このようなものにテンプレートを正確に貼り
つける事は難しく、たとえうまく貼りつけられてもテン
プレートまたは定規あて(2)の歪やねじれの抜ける形
態ではないのである。テンプレートは要望により大きさ
はさまざまに変化するものであり、その都度四周一体型
の定規あてを作るとコストが高くなるので、長い定規あ
てを切断してテンプレートの四辺に貼りつける図5の方
法が合理的である。しかしこれは定規あて(2)の接合
部に応力が集中しテンプレートを剥離させる力がかかる
のである。次に従来申請されたものはすべて、テンプレ
ート(1)と定規あて(2)との取付の方法が具体的に
示されていない。薄い板を扱う関係上、どうしても接着
方法を取らざるを得ない。実際には接着材の接着力が強
いものは、固まるときに材料を引っ張って製品に歪みを
生じるのである。それで接着力の弱い接着材を使うと、
いつまでも固まらないで、圧着により余った接着材が流
れ出し製品を汚すのである。またこれらの両方とも正確
に取り付ける方法が明示されていないのである。作成コ
ストの関係上、分離型とすれば適当な接着材の使用と、
正確な取り付け方法と、それらを考慮にいれた定規あて
部材の断面形が要求されるのである。そして定規あてを
取り付けるテンプレートの長辺には、目盛りが付いてい

すりつけて汚さないためには効果があるが、余り深すぎ
てテンプレートの下端が定規あて(2)の下端より1m
m以上あがっていると、使うときにテンプレートが凹ん
で曲がり、定規あて(2)の近くの場所では、かけない
