(Prior Art) A power supply cable used in an overhead mobile crane such as a hoist crane is suspended from a trolley in a telescopic state because it needs to follow the movement of the crane. The number of trolleys installed increases as the cable length increases as the distance traveled by the crane increases.
In order to increase the movement speed of the crane, it was necessary to make the rollers stored in the trolley body larger.
Due to reasons such as the increase in the size of the trolley body, securing storage space for the trolley has become a problem. In order to increase this storage space, conventionally the proximal end of the cable rail that movably suspends and supports the trolley is curved toward the cable proximal end to increase the length of the rail, and the crane's running rail Generally, a trolley for suspending and supporting a power supply cable is housed on the base end side of a cable rail that is perpendicular to the cable rail. An example of a device in which a power supply cable is movable using a trolley is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 153668/1983.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, when the radius of curvature of the curved part of the cable rail is small, when the trolley stored on the base end side of the curved part of the cable rail is pulled out when the crane moves, However, since the problem of the trolley getting caught at the curved portion occurs, the radius of curvature cannot be made very small, and there are restrictions on increasing the storage space for the trolley.

In addition, when the conventional power supply cable is pulled out from the carrier of the cable, that is, the trolley, the distance between each trolley is widened from the crane side.
Since a large component force is generated in the pulling force of the trolley, the trolley does not follow the pulling direction, making it difficult to pull out the trolley, and causing problems such as damage to the trolley if pulled forcibly.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and when a cable trolley suspended and supported on a cable rail is pulled toward a crane, as shown in FIG.
This is to avoid the problem of the trolley getting caught on the rail by increasing the angle θ1 (for example, 22 degrees) when the adjacent trolleys are spread to positions A and C. That is, among the trolleys that are stored closer to the base end of the cable than the curved part of the cable rail, at least the trolley that moves through the curved part by the movement of the crane is provided with a magnet, and the magnet directly connects adjacent trolleys. By adsorbing the trolleys and maintaining them at positions A and B where they are directly connected even in the curved part, and by keeping the angle θ2 of the component of the tensile force small (for example, 9 degrees), the trolleys can pass through the curved part as in the past. This is an attempt to resolve the problems that arise when doing so.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The means of the present invention for solving the above problems is such that the crane main body is movably suspended and supported on a running rail, and the crane body is movably suspended and supported between the base end and the tip end of the running rail. This applies to cranes that are designed to travel and move. and a power supply cable whose base end is connected to a fixed part provided on the base end side of the running rail and whose tip end is connected to the crane main body, and a power supply cable arranged along the running rail and connected to the base end of the running rail. A cable rail having a curved portion curved toward the base end of the cable on the side thereof, and a plurality of trolleys each of which is movably suspended and supported by the cable rail and supports the cable at predetermined intervals. and,
A connecting member that can be bent and deformed is provided to connect the trolleys with a length shorter than the cable length between the trolleys. Furthermore, among the trolleys stored on the cable proximal end side of the curved portion of the cable rail, at least the trolley that moves the curved portion by movement of the crane main body is provided, and the trolley moves the curved portion. A magnet is provided to magnetically attract the adjacent trolleys so that the adjacent trolleys are directly connected to each other and moved toward the tip side of the cable rail.

(Function) The effect of the above means is that when the crane moves forward and the power supply cable is pulled toward the crane, each trolley on the crane side moves on the cable rail at a predetermined interval defined by the connecting member. and move. On the other hand, even if the trolleys on the curved part side that move along the curved part of the cable rail are pulled due to the movement of the crane, they maintain a direct connection state due to the attraction force of the magnet and hold the curved part at a small force angle. After passing smoothly, when the pulling force of the trolley becomes greater than the attraction force of the magnet, each trolley separates in turn and moves to the crane side. Therefore, the trolley can move without getting caught on the curved portion of the cable rail.

The magnet 3, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 8,
The trolley 2b (including the one located on the curved part 2d when the crane body 1b is stopped) is made of a permanent magnet with S and N poles and moves along the curved part 2d of the cable rail 2a as the crane body 1b moves. It is adsorbed in a directly connected state. Each of the S-pole and N-pole magnets 3a, 3b is rotatably attached in a horizontal plane via a pin to a hinge 2i protruding from both ends of the trolley 2b in the moving direction.

When the trolleys 2b near the curved portion 2d of the cable rail 2a are pulled, each trolley 2b having the magnets 3 moves toward the tip side R while maintaining the directly connected state due to the attraction force of the magnets 3. At this time, the magnet 3 of each trolley 2b is attached to the curved portion 2 with the pin of the hinge 2i provided on the trolley 2b as the center.
It rotates along the tangential direction of the circular arc d, passes each trolley 2b at the positions shown in A and C in Fig. 9, and suppresses the component angle of the tensile force to a small angle θ2 (for example, 9 degrees). to ensure smooth passage. Therefore, the trolley 2b moves without being pulled by the curved portion 2d.

(Advantages of the Invention) According to this invention, the trolleys that suspend and support the power supply cable and move along the curved section of the cable rail as the main body moves are attracted to each other in a directly connected state by magnets, which avoids the problem of the trolley getting caught when passing through the curved section, making it easier to stretch the cable, and eliminating problems such as damage to the trolley. In addition, the radius of curvature of the curved section of the cable rail can be made smaller, making it possible to reduce the space required to accommodate the trolley.

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] A crane in which the crane body is movably suspended and supported on a running rail and travels between the base end and the tip end of the travel rail, wherein the base end travels as described above. a power supply cable that is connected to a fixed part provided on the base end side of the rail and whose tip end is connected to the crane body; a cable rail having a curved portion curved toward the cable rail; a plurality of trolleys each movably suspended from the cable rail and supporting the cables at predetermined intervals; A connecting member that can be bent and deformed to connect the trolleys with a length shorter than the cable length, and at least one of the trolleys stored on the cable proximal end side from the curved part of the cable rail, which is suitable for movement of the crane main body. Therefore, the trolley is provided on the trolley that moves on the curved section, and when the trolley moves on the curved section, the adjacent trolleys are moved toward the tip side of the cable rail in a state where the adjacent trolleys are directly connected to each other. A power supply cable guide device for a crane, characterized in that it is equipped with a magnet for magnetic attraction.
