Conventionally, this type of cored necktie was first proposed by the present applicant, which was filed in 1988 with the application for utility model registration.
No. 86277 (see Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 02-10417) has a tie with a metal core, but since the flat cylindrical tube on which the flat string slides is integrally molded, it takes a lot of processing time and is difficult to manufacture. In addition, since metal fittings are attached to both ends of the flat string, it is difficult to freely change the flat string to match the color of the tie. Also, since the spring is exposed on the back side, when wrapping the tie fabric around the core bar, It required a lot of care, and the core bar cut into the fabric, which often caused trouble during use.

The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional necktie with a cored metal as described above. In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional necktie with a cored metal, it can be easily and inexpensively molded in one piece (the back plate is fitted separately), the flat string can be easily replaced, and the spring can be connected to the cored metal necktie. The object of the present invention is to provide a necktie with a metal core that can be stored inside.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has the following configuration. In other words, the present invention allows side plates and partition plates to protrude from the top plate, integrally molds shaped grooves, etc., and then attaches the back plate to these with machine screws.
In addition to using a flat cylindrical tube for sliding the flat string, a spring seat protrudes from the front plate and the spring is housed between the front plate and the back plate, making it easy to replace the flat string and wrap tie fabric around the core bar. Moreover, it is designed to eliminate the accident of fabric being bitten during vertical sliding use.

Since it is constructed as described above, by inserting a flat string between the side plate and the partition plate, fitting the back plate with machine screws, and wrapping the tie fabric, the core will fit along the flat string like a conventional tie with a cored metal. By sliding the necktie up and down, the necktie can be put on and taken off easily, easily, and accurately.

合もある。 As a seventh embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, the center of the flat string 3 is curved into a loop shape, divided into left and right parts, a locking/disengaging fitting 10 is attached to one of the side surfaces, and the fitting is inserted into the core metal, and the end Gather the left and right sides with the sword tip fitting 14, and attach the large sword part 12 of the tie fabric as shown in Figure 14.
is the upper end, the stiletto part 13 is the lower end, and the back plate 8 of the core metal with the flat string 3 inserted on the left and right is placed at a predetermined position on the back side.
Insert the slightly protruding machine screw 7 into the sharp end of the tip, bend the top of the tie fabric backwards from the top end of the back plate 8 as shown in Figure 15, and insert the flat string to the right as shown by the dotted arrow. 3, wrap it to the right side as shown by the solid arrow, then proceed to the left side according to the arrow, wrap the left flat string 3 from the left side, fold it back to the surface, apply it to the first core metal as described above, and wrap it. A large sword part 12 is placed between the surface of the tie fabric and the tie fabric that is then rolled horizontally to the left.
Insert the tip of the , pull down (as shown by the dotted arrow) downwards (to the small sword part 13) as shown by the arrow, and finally tighten it, the large sword part 12 will protrude from the tip of the small sword part 13 and will be slightly longer than the small sword part 13. It will come out below. Thus, at the lower end of the front plate 1 of the core metal (the back surface wrapped with the tie fabric), the parts where the tie fabric intersects from the left and right are brought together with thread or the like and sewn together to form a structure of a tie with a core metal. Note that although the above winding order is right-handed, it may be left-handed if necessary.

When inserting the first
As in the embodiment, the spring 5 is inserted into the space between the side plates 2, 2 and the partition plates 4, 4, the ends are gathered with the tip metal fitting 14, and the base of the spring 5 is fixed to the spring seat 6, and the left and right tips are inserted as described above. Press the left and right flat strings 3, 3, and attach the back plate 8 to the partition plates 4, 4 and the spring seats 6 with machine screws 7.
The inner diameter of the curved loop-shaped flat string 3 is enlarged, and the core metal is hung from the head to the neck, holding the tip fitting 14 of the flat string 3 with one hand, and wrapping the tie fabric with the other hand. Pull the part up to the neck, tighten it, and when you want to take off the tie, pull down the core part downward in the opposite order to the above, and the inner diameter of the loop-shaped curve of the flat string 3 will expand. The cored tie shall be removed by removing it from the neck.
