Among the requirements for the corresponding non-stepping part and the heel part corresponding to the heel, the requirements for various properties in the stepping part are especially high.

題点があつた。 However, like the conventional shoe insole, the insole is constructed by laminating a large number of materials with each property in order to obtain the above properties over the entire surface of the insole, which increases the material cost. Not only that, the entire shoe insole becomes thicker, and when placed inside the shoe, it dulls the sensation of ground contact on the sole of the foot, and it also makes the shoe uncomfortable to wear, such as by narrowing the inner volume of the shoe, making it cramped. There was a problem.

The insole is mainly made of hygroscopic synthetic leather and is formed approximately in the shape of a foot, including a stepping part corresponding to the base of the toes of the sole, a non-stepping part corresponding to the arch of the foot, and a heel part corresponding to the heel. A ventilation hole is provided at least in the tread portion, and the ventilation hole is welded to be closed with a ventilation polymeric member made by sandwiching a cushion material such as a sponge with a mesh sheet.

After punching and forming the breathable elastic member 4 made by sandwiching the cut cushion material 5 with two sheets of polyvinylidene chloride net woven fabric 6a and 6b, as described above, the breathable elastic member 5 is used as the main insole. It is manufactured by overlapping the ventilation holes 2 from the contact surface side of the parts 1 and welding their peripheries to integrate the two.

The sole of the foot is formed into a substantially foot shape including a stepping part C corresponding to the base of the toes, a non-stepping part D corresponding to the arch of the foot, and a heel part E corresponding to the heel,
An insole main body 1a is formed in which ventilation holes 2, 2a are opened over a wide area of the stepped part C and the non-stepped part D, and the ventilation of the stepped part C and the non-stepped part D of the insole main body 1a is formed. In some cases, breathable elastic members 4, 4a are welded to the insole main body 1a to close the holes 2, 2a, and a cushion material 5a is bonded to the heel E.

A ventilation hole is provided at least in the stepping part of the insole which is formed into a substantially foot shape including a heel part corresponding to the heel part, and the ventilation hole is closed with a ventilation polymeric member made by sandwiching a cushion material such as a sponge with a mesh sheet. Since the synthetic leather is welded as much as possible, the moisture absorption properties of the synthetic leather are ensured, and the breathability, elasticity, moisture release properties, and durability that are most required for the tread area are effectively exerted, and these properties are exhibited. In addition, the overall thickness of the insole is thinner, which eliminates the cramped feeling caused by using an insole, improves the feeling of ground contact, and makes the structure simpler. Therefore, it is possible to achieve the effect of being easy to manufacture and providing at low cost.
