ろ、容易にHCl水溶液から除去可能で、HCl水溶液
は浄化できるため、HCl濃度が約15(wt%)〜2
5(wt%)の濃度を保持している間は剥離液として繰
り返し使用できることが判った。ただし、砂、金属異物
等ラベル片以外の汚れでろ過不能になった場合は使用で

性はよくなるが、濃度が約25(wt%)以上になると

め、瓶への逆汚染がなくなる。 (3)コロイド状ラベル溶解汚濁物質が存在しないた
め、NaOH熱アルカリ洗浄液をろ過するも目詰まりも
せず容易に浄化できる。 (4)コロイド状ラベル溶解汚濁物質が存在しないた
め、NaOHの減少・劣化による殺菌効果の低下を防止
する。 (5)ビール瓶の口元に付着した王冠による鉄錆びは、
HCl水溶液で容易に除去できる。 (6)NaOH熱アルカリ洗浄液によるアルミニウム箔
ラベルの溶解工程が省かれるため、洗浄液の汚れが低減
し、NaOH熱アルカリ洗浄液の新鮮さが保たれ、効率
