There was a defect that made it difficult to save fuel.

The drying apparatus is characterized in that it is provided with an object supporter and each of the partition plates is formed of a far-infrared separation plate made of an aluminum plate with ceramic layers on both sides.

In this state, when the objects to be dried are placed on the supports at each stage, the objects to be dried are directly heated by the hot air, and the moisture evaporates due to the reduced pressure caused by the passage of the hot air. The crystal surface of the plate in contact with the far-infrared separation plate selectively reflects specific wavelength ranges (residual lines), and by repeating this, far-infrared rays of specific wavelengths are separated. This far infrared rays are radiated from the entire surface of the separation plate to the surface of the object to be dried, and due to its deep penetration effect, it reaches the core of the object to be dried and warms the core, so that the moisture in the core is stimulated and the surface of the object is heated. It evaporates from the inside and dries it inside.

腕である。"Example" An exhaust duct 5 is provided at the upper end of the machine box 1, a hot air furnace (not shown) is provided at the lower part, and a hot air blower 6 is provided. Inside the box 1, far-infrared separation plates 4, 4 are provided alternately as partition plates from one side of the opposing walls 1', 1' to the other, and from the other side to the other side, so that the far infrared rays are separated from the bottom to the top. This forms a meandering ventilation path 2. A drying object supporter 3 is provided in each ventilation passage 2 of each stage. This support 3
The transport conveyor 3' may be a mesh belt as shown in FIG. 1, or may be a mesh shelf 3 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. As shown in FIG. 4, the far-infrared separation plate 4 has ceramic layers 4'', 4'' on both sides of an approximately 3 mm thick aluminum plate 4'.
This is a far-infrared separation plate 4 using a selective reflection method, which selectively separates and radiates infrared rays with a wavelength of 20 μm or more. Warm air has a low temperature of about 70°C to 80°C. The reference numeral 7 in the figure is a conveyor for discharging dried materials, 8 is a storage container for dried materials, and 9 is a supporting arm of the shelf 3''.

を簡略化することができる。``Effects'' Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to quickly dry straw, vegetables, medicinal herbs, fish, and other materials to be dried down to the core at a relatively low temperature, thereby downsizing the drying device and saving fuel. I can do it. In particular, since each partition plate itself is formed by a far-infrared separation plate made of an aluminum plate with ceramic layers on both sides, only the far-infrared rays are separated and reflected by the selective reflection action of the separation plate in a specific wavelength range. There is no need to separately provide a heating element on the partition plate, and the device itself can be simplified.

Space can be used effectively.
