In general, tweezers are constructed by joining a pair of clamping pieces at their proximal ends, with the grip part connected to the proximal ends and the distal end slightly open. The tweezers conventionally used in the above-mentioned fields have a grip and a distal end that extend straight from the base end, and the distal end of the distal end is a dental type that is sharpened to facilitate detailed work. It was used. Tweezers with such a structure should be used in combination with a tweezers holder, as there is a risk that the tip will come into contact with the floor surface etc. when left undisturbed on the floor surface etc., reducing analysis accuracy due to cross contamination. This prevents contamination of the tip of the tweezers.

If the above-mentioned tweezers holder is not used in a clean condition, it may cause contamination. However, the only way to keep the forceps holder in a clean condition even after long-term use is to frequently replace it with a new one.
It was crowded and hot. In addition, the sharp end of the tip poses a risk of scratching gloves or the like during work. The purpose of this invention is to provide a contamination-preventing tweezers for radioactivity measurement that can prevent contamination of the tweezers tip even if the tweezers holder is omitted, and at the same time improve work safety and analysis accuracy. It's about doing.

The contamination-preventing tweezers for measuring radioactivity of the present invention are constructed by joining a pair of clamping pieces at their proximal ends, and opening the grip part connected to the proximal end and the tip part slightly. The shape of the clamping piece is such that the straight part of the grip part that connects to the base end continues through an upwardly curved part and an "E" shaped curved part, and then reaches the tip part. A small disc-shaped piece is formed at the end of the tip, and the small disc-shaped piece occupies a position above the extension line of the straight part of the grip part when viewed from the side, and also has an upper part. When viewed from above, the tip is curved inward.

The disc-shaped small piece formed at the end of the tip will not damage even if it hits a glove or the like. When viewed from the side, when the small disk-shaped piece occupies a position above the extension line of the straight part of the grip, when the tweezers are left facing downward, the tip should be placed upward so that it does not contact the floor surface. It will be in . Further, when the tip is reached through the curved part in the shape of a "h" shape, the tip will face diagonally upward so that it does not come into contact with the floor surface when the tweezers are left facing upward. If the tip is curved inward when viewed from above, when the tweezers are placed horizontally and left still, the tip will be lifted off the floor and will break contact with the floor.

The tweezers shown in FIG. 1, which shows an embodiment of the present invention, also have a pair of clamping pieces 1 joined at their proximal end 2 sides, and a grip part 3 and a distal end 4 connected to the proximal end 2 are slightly open. So, it's no different than before. However, the shape of the pair of clamping pieces 1 is such that the straight part 5 of the grip part 3 that connects to the base end part 2 is followed by an upwardly curved part 6 and a "he"-shaped curved part 7. The point is that it has a shape that reaches the tip part 4 through the
A small disc-shaped piece 8 is formed at the end of the tip 4, and when viewed from the side, the disc-shaped small piece 8 has the following features:
The point is that it occupies a position above the extension line of the straight portion 5 of the grip portion 3, and the point that the tip portion 4 is curved inward 9 when viewed from above (a second point). (see figure), which is different from conventional methods. The straight portion 5 of the grip 3 forms a flat floor contact surface. If the size of the grip part 3 is determined so that the weight distribution is heavier than the weight from the grip part 3 to the tip part 4 side, when the tweezers are placed on the floor,
Stationary stability is obtained in which the tip portion 4 side does not tilt toward the floor surface and fall down. There are three ways to place the tweezers on the floor or the like. One is the upward position as shown in Figure 3A with the back facing downwards, the other is the downward position with the straight part 5 of the grip 3 placed on the floor etc. as shown in Figure 3B, and the other is the downward position as shown in Figure 3B. This is a horizontal state in which the side surface of the grip part 3 in Figure 3C is placed on the floor. In the upward position of FIG. 3A, the proximal end portion 2 and the curved portion 7 in the shape of a "he" are connected, and in the downward position of FIG. 3B, the straight portion 5 of the grip part 3 is In the horizontal position of C, the proximal end 2
Only a portion of the grip portion 3 and the grip portion 3 are in contact with the floor surface. In this manner, no matter what direction the present tweezers are placed, the small disc-shaped piece 8 and the tip portion 4 in the vicinity are separated from the floor surface and do not come into direct contact with each other.

As mentioned above, according to the configuration of the present invention, no matter how the tweezers are left still, the tips of the tweezers can be prevented from coming into contact with the floor surface, so the parts other than the tips inside the fume hood or glove box can be kept clean. However, the important tip can be kept clean. In other words, it not only reduces cross-contamination caused by tweezers and prevents the transfer of contamination to samples, etc., but also contributes to improving analysis accuracy.
Since there is no longer any need to worry about the use or storage location of the tweezers holder, troublesome operations can be omitted and work efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, since the tip of the tweezers is less frequently contaminated, the tweezers need to be replaced less frequently and can be used for a longer period of time, which is economical. Furthermore, the end of the tip of the tweezers is made into a small disk-shaped piece, so even if you accidentally poke the glove while working with gloves, there will be no damage, ensuring work safety. The holding property will be improved if it is sandwiched.
