用されるPTCヒーターに関し、具体的には該

り高度の加工手間を要する。さらに、当然のこと
ながらこれら複数の部品は組み付ける手間が必要

に装着され、吸気の予熱をなさしめる複数の部品
からなつたPTCヒーターAであつて;絶縁ベー
ス板1を合成ゴムで形成し、これにセラミツクヒ
ーター2を備えた金属板3を接合してこれらを一

り、図面に示すようにシール作用と断熱絶縁作用
とを絶縁ベース板1によつてなさしめ部品点数を
少なしめて金属板3の放熱効果を最大限に発揮さ
せている。この断熱絶縁作用は合成ゴムの持つ大
きな特性の一つであり、合わせて該合成ゴムは密
封性に優れているから絶縁ベース板1として最適
な材料となつている。また、その成形の容易性か
らビード8等を簡単に設けられ強い密封性を得ら

に示すような筒形スペーサー5をボルト穴4に挿

の部品からなつたPTCヒーターAにおいて;
絶縁ベース板1を合成ゴムで形成し、これにセ
ラミツクヒーター2を備えた金属板3を接合し
て一体化したことを特徴とするPTCヒーター。 (2) 前記金属板3にラバーコートメタル3aを用
いたことを特徴としたPTCヒーター。 (3) 前記PTCヒーターAのボルト穴4に金属か
らなる筒形スペーサー5を挿設したことを特徴
とした請求項(1),(2)記載のPTCヒーター。 (4) 前記金属板3にその吸気ポート穴6を囲む形
状の切欠き7を設け、絶縁ベース板1に突出せ
しめたシール部1aを該切欠き7に挿着せしめ
たことを特徴とした請求項(1),(2),(3)記載の
