Description of the Related Art A steel plate concrete structure is one in which steel plates are arranged on the surface of a concrete skeleton, and based on the combined effect of concrete and steel plates, it has higher strength and durability than other structural modes such as reinforced concrete. Since both are excellent, they have been adopted in nuclear facilities and general large-scale civil engineering / building structures in recent years.

During the dismantling work, the surface steel plate must be separated from the concrete. After the surface steel plate is once peeled from the concrete, it is possible to adopt a demolition method that is almost the same as that of unreinforced concrete, but in the case of a steel plate concrete structure, how can the surface steel plate be efficiently peeled from the concrete due to its strong structure. This is a major technical issue. That is, in a steel plate concrete structure, in general, in order to secure a strong joint between the filled concrete and the surface steel plate and a combined effect of both members, a stud bolt, a slip-preventing material such as a shaped steel is attached to the inner surface of the surface steel plate, In addition, connecting materials such as shavers that connect opposing surface steel plates are also attached to the surface steel plates in order to provide strength against the concrete-filling lateral pressure and maintain the original shape. It is necessary to separate these slip prevention materials, tie materials and the like from the surface steel sheet before peeling from the steel sheet (see FIG. 4). However, in the conventional surface steel sheet, it is difficult to know the exact mounting position of the steel sheet inner surface such as the anti-slip material and the tie material from the surface steel sheet outer surface. It takes a considerable amount of time to identify the mounting location of the above, that is, to identify the mounting location of each of the above members from the outside of the surface steel plate, which is a problem from the viewpoint of work efficiency. There was also a problem that radiation exposure was unavoidable.

It is essential to provide so that the center points of the press marks of are aligned. And, at least the shape and depth of the press mark on the inner surface of the surface steel plate must be one that does not interfere with the attachment of the attachment member, and the surface steel plate can be effectively removed from the concrete by an appropriate tool during dismantling work. It must be peelable. Examples of the shape of the press mark include a circle, a polygon such as a quadrangle, and the like, but these shapes do not need to be particularly complicated, and it is preferable that a simple press die can be used. The press marks generally have the same shape on the inner and outer surfaces of the surface steel sheet, but may have different shapes on the inner and outer surfaces in some cases. Further, at least the shape of the press mark on the outer surface of the surface steel sheet can be changed according to the type of the attachment member, whereby the type of the attachment member attached to the inner surface of the surface steel sheet can be easily identified from the outside, It is possible to appropriately change the work contents, the dismantling tool, etc. depending on the place, and it is also possible to promote work efficiency.

Further, the intervals and positions of the press marks are set by the intervals and positions of the attachment members defined by the design. Therefore, when manufacturing the surface steel plate unit, it is necessary to allocate the steel plates in consideration of these intervals and positions. ..

As shown in the drawing, in this case, it is generally preferable to make the size of the press mark larger than the outer diameter of the impact portion (that is, the tip portion) of the impact hammer 5 so that the impact force reaches the welded portion sufficiently. The magnitude of the impact force required to break the welded portion is preferably grasped in advance according to the design items such as the material and thickness of the surface steel sheet, the material of the welding material and the welding method.

It is possible to efficiently perform the work of separating the surface steel sheet and the attached member. Therefore, especially in the case of nuclear power generation facilities, it is possible to significantly reduce the exposure dose to workers. This means that in Japan, where the sites that can be directed to nuclear power generation facilities are limited, the reuse of those sites is not possible. Considering that the dismantling of the old facility is indispensable for measuring, it is extremely significant.
