Abstract
化樹脂中で結合されたグラファイトから成る。 【効果】 従来の製造法よりも環境調和的かつ経済的に
製造され、従来得られたピストンの滑り時間を少なくと
も下回らない滑り時間が得られる。
Description
ーの基材が軽金属でありかつピストンが基材上に施され
た耐久性滑り層を有している、内燃機関のピストン−シ
リンダー装置に関する。

合は不可能だからである。従ってこのような装置の場
合、ピストンは他の金属で被覆される。このような被覆
は電気メッキにより行われ、特に鉄層、ニッケル層又は

技術から出発して、特に前記の電気メッキ的被覆方法と
比べてより環境調和的にかつ経済的に製造されうる別種
の層をピストンに施すという課題を取扱う。

単にかつ殆ど損失なしに塗布することができる。塗布方
法としては、特に、グラファイト層の塗布のためにもす
でに公知のスクリーン印刷法が好適である。
結合剤としての硬化性ポリイミド中に結合されたグラフ
ァイトを20μmの厚さでスクリーン印刷法により塗布
する。硬化された層中のグラファイト含分は約40%で
ある。スクリーン印刷法で層を作るために塗布される材
料中には、例えばN−メチル−ピロリドン(NMP)であ
ってもよい溶剤が存在する。塗布すべき層出発材料中の
溶剤の割合は約50重量%である。層中で結合されたグ
ラファイトの粒度は1〜10μmである。

Claims (6)
- 【請求項1】 ピストン及びシリンダーの基材が軽金属
でありかつピストンが基材上に施された耐久性滑り層を
有している、内燃機関のピストン−シリンダー装置にお
いて、滑り層が硬化樹脂中で結合されたグラファイトか
ら成ることを特徴とする内燃機関のピストン−シリンダ
ー装置。 - 【請求項2】 滑り層が10〜25μmの厚さを有す
る、請求項1記載の装置。 - 【請求項3】 グラファイト粒子が1〜10μmの粒度
を有する、請求項1又は2記載の装置。 - 【請求項4】 グラファイトの割合が3〜60重量%で
ある、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項記載の
装置。 - 【請求項5】 結合剤が硬化性ポリイミドである、請求
項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。 - 【請求項6】 滑り層の硬化温度が150〜210℃で
あり、硬化が10〜30分間行われる、請求項1から請
求項5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
