転軸3bの支持具4bは2つの押えばね5によって遊動
可能に壁7b取付け、同時に押えばねに平行に歪ゲージ
6を取付ける。被測定線材の外径変動をローラの軸間変
動として歪ゲージ6によって検知しようとするものであ
る。走行する被測定線材1は押えロール2a,2bで挟
まれているので線材の外径変動はローラ2bを介して歪
ゲージ6に直接伝達される構造になっている。その際押
えばね5の働きは支持具4bを経由して押えローラ2b
を線材1に接触を保つことにある。
