ところが従来の攪拌具はその位置が一定してい
るので、原料の破砕攪拌に適するように攪拌軸が
容器の中心寄りに位置していると原料の擂潰作用
が不充分となり、また攪拌軸を容器周面に近付け
ると擂潰作用は効率良く行われるが、攪拌作用が
不充分となり、何れも原料品質を低下させ品質の
良い練製品原料を製造できない欠陥がある。
本考案はこれらの現状に鑑み、攪拌具の位置を
原料の処理行程である破砕攪拌工程と擂潰攪拌工
程に応じて移動できるようにして最適の状態で破
砕攪拌又は擂潰攪拌できるようにした食品攪拌擂
潰装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

また前記掻取羽根と攪拌具とは夫々の掻取羽根
軸と攪拌軸の回転モーターを同期運転又は位相比
率運転で互いに干渉しないようにすることにより
攪拌具の先端を掻取羽根の回動軌跡内における容
器内周面に可及的に近接せしめることができ、一
層擂潰作用を効率良くすることができる。

拌軸11が軸受支承され、更に前記攪拌軸11と
略対向するように刃物12を設けた刃物回転軸1

前記攪拌軸11及び刃物回転軸13は夫々モー
ター14及び15により回転数を調節回動される
と共に前記偏心軸9もウオームホイール16及び
ウオームネジ17を介して駆動モーター18で回
動でき、攪拌軸11の容器5内の位置を円筒面に
偏寄調節できるように構成されている。
しかして前記掻取羽根軸7と攪拌軸11とは掻
取羽根6と攪拌具10とが干渉しないように比率
運転又は同期回転せしめると共にその回転数も調
節できるように設定するのが好適である。
なお図中19はテンシヨンプーリーである。
従つてダンパー2を開放して投入した凍結すり
身等の原料を刃物12の切断破砕作用と容器5の
中心よりに位置させた攪拌軸11の攪拌具10に
よる破砕攪拌混合作用で次第に解凍し、原料が粘
稠性帯びた後は偏心軸9を回動して攪拌軸11の
容器5内の位置を円筒容器の内周面寄りに移動さ
せて攪拌具10の先端を容器の内周面に近接せし
め攪拌具10先端と容器内周面との擂潰作用を促
進して原料を練捏するものである。
