され直径は200mm前後が望ましい。又、材質はSKD
又はSKHを使用し硬度はHs80〜90゜が好まし
い。本願発明の下刃の刃先角度は鋭角であることが好ま
しい。特に75〜85゜が適切である。即ち、ガイダー
と一体化されている従来の下刃の刃先は直角であり上刃
との接触が面接触となるので摩擦面となり、上下の刃と
も摩耗が激しい。しかし、下刃が鋭角であると上刃との
接触は下刃の外周の刃先とだけ接触するので摩擦面とな
らず摩耗しにくい。また、切断性が良好である。ガイダ
ー(2)は、樹脂耳をガイドすることが目的であり材
質、硬度共に特に規定はしないが、下刃(1)との隙間
を一定に保つ為、キー溝を使用する場合は円周上3点支
持にしてそれぞれにセットボルト(7)で固定してやる
とよい。上刃(3)は下刃(1)と同じで、樹脂被覆紙
と直角に位置し直径は120〜150mmが好ましい。又
材質も下刃(1)と同じで硬度はHs75〜90゜が好
ましい。また、上刃が下刃より若干硬くてもよい。刃先
角度は15〜60゜の片刃でよいが樹脂耳の切れ口、刃
の寿命等を考慮すると35〜45゜が適切である。上刃
と下刃の関係は1〜3mmラップすることが好ましい。
