欠点がある。Conventional technology In the barrel-shaped spring connection structure for beds, the barrel-shaped spring is made of hard steel wire with a wire thickness of 1.8 to 2.0 mm, with a diameter of 42 mm at the top and bottom of the spring, and a diameter of 65 mm at the center of the spring. It is rolled into a barrel shape with a height of 180 mm and 6 turns. This is done by folding a wide non-woven fabric in half, wrapping each spring in it at regular intervals, and aligning spring rows with both edges of the non-woven fabric sewn between the springs. It is a structure in which parts are fixed with adhesive or thread. However, this structure has a small number of barrel-shaped springs, and naturally the space between the springs is wide, and the connection structure is made only of fabric, so it lacks stability, and even if there are more springs, the stability will not improve. In addition, the cushioning properties are soft and the springs are not tempered, so increasing the wire diameter to increase elasticity will increase metal fatigue and lower the yield point, making it impossible to obtain a spring structure with good durability. Furthermore, although conventional structures are resistant to lateral vibration, they lack stiffness when dealing with pressure. If the spring wire is made thicker to improve this problem, it has the disadvantage of easily damaging the nonwoven fabric surrounding it.

Furthermore, the spacing between the springs is determined by the mold, and cannot be changed by changing the spring row.

Sewing or gluing both edges of the part and its width to create a spring row that covers each spring independently, place an appropriate number of spring rows in parallel in the longitudinal direction, and connect the rectangular tube with its ridge line as a thin plate-like piece. A polyurethane elastic plastic molded product connected to each other is interposed between the rows of springs so that the rectangular tube is located at the center of the two opposing pairs of springs, and these are fixed together with adhesive. This spring connection structure for a bed is composed of a barrel-shaped spring array covered with a non-woven fabric and an elastic plastic molded product.

In the present invention, the barrel spring 1 has the shape shown in FIG. 1, and is wrapped in a nonwoven fabric 2 and compressed to some extent. The wire diameter of the spring 1 is 1.8 to 2.0 mm, the diameter of the upper and lower circular frames is 42 mm, the diameter of the central circular frame is 65 mm, the length is 180 mm, and the number of turns is 6. When wrapped in nonwoven fabric 2, it is compressed to a height of 145 mm.
FIG. 2 shows an appropriate number of barrel-shaped springs 1 arranged at regular intervals in the lower half of the width of the nonwoven fabric 2, as shown in the figure.
The upper half is folded downward and wrapped, and as shown in FIG. 3, the portion of the nonwoven fabric 2 between the springs 1 and the lower portion are sewn from the front and back to form a spring row 4 having seams 3. This sewing may be performed by heat sealing when the nonwoven fabric 2 is thermally welded. Fourth

I can do it. Therefore, when turning over in bed, the vibration of the spring is suppressed to provide a comfortable and deep sleep, thereby providing an ideal spring connection body. In addition, since the manufacturing cost for the mold is small and the parts are also small, work efficiency is improved, which contributes to lower production costs.
