Conventionally, when manufacturing a flange-type ball receiver A for a bearing as shown in Fig. 4, a cylinder body 2 with a flange 1 as shown in Fig. 3 is formed by forging or casting, and then all surfaces are cut. Along with processing,
An arcuate surface portion 3 (as shown in FIG. 4) is provided at the interface between the outer cylindrical body 2 and the flange 1, which closely adheres to a portion of the outer periphery of the ball.

In order to achieve the above object, this invention provides a support member at the lower end of a spindle that is rotated by a motor and moves up and down in an appropriate manner, and the support members are provided at uniform predetermined distances from the center of the lower surface of the support member. A plurality of parallel rotating shafts are rotatably supported in the member from the middle to the upper end, and a ball portion for forming an arcuate surface portion is provided at the lower end of each rotating shaft.

After placing the flanged cylindrical body on the receiving jig, while lowering the spindle rotated in one direction by the motor, the lower end of the rotating shaft of the supporting member, which is also rotating, is inserted into the cylindrical body. Due to the contact between the ball part of the shaft and the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder, the inner peripheral surface of the cylinder becomes a mirror surface, and when the ball reaches the interface between the cylinder and the flange, the interface part becomes a mirror surface of the ball. It is molded into a mirror-like arcuate surface that closely contacts a portion of the outer periphery.

Due to the contact between the ball portion 20 that fits into the body 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 2, the contact surface is finished into a mirror surface,
Next, a spherical portion 20 is placed at the interface between the flange 1 and the cylinder 2.
When the ball a reaches the ball part 20, the boundary part is formed into an arcuate surface part 3 that closely contacts a part of the outer periphery of the ball a, and is finished to a mirror surface.
