すようになつている。BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY Generally, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, this type of hot air heater has a duct 22 provided inside a main body 21, a combustion tube 23 disposed within this duct 22, and a combustion tube 23 provided on the back of the main body. The wind from the propeller fan 24 is mixed with the combustion gas from the combustion tube 23 to form warm air, and this warm air is blown forward from the air outlet 25 on the front surface of the main body.

Separate in direction. For example, if the rotation direction of the fan motor is clockwise, the right side of the combustion tube will be directed downward, and most of the air will be blown out to the lower right of the outlet, as if licking the lower part of the duct. Therefore, at the upper right side of the outlet, the air from the propeller fan 24 and the combustion gas from the combustion tube 23 are difficult to mix, and high-temperature hot air (combustion gas) is blown out. The hot air (cold air) that only exchanges heat with the air conditioner 23 is blown out, and the hot air is separated into hot air and cold air, which increases unevenness in the temperature of the hot air. In addition, the temperature of the louver 27 of the outlet 25 increases locally due to the hot air being lopsided, resulting in an increase in costs, such as raising the grade of the louver paint.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a propeller fan that rotates clockwise, for example, for supplying warm air into the duct 2, and is attached to the back of the main body 1 via a fan guard 4. Reference numeral 5 denotes a burner disposed within the duct 2; numeral 6 indicates a combustion cylinder disposed within the duct 2 so as to cover the burner 5; the upper part is open, and a plurality of holes are provided above for exhaust gas purification. A catalyst 7 is provided. Reference numeral 8 denotes a hot air outlet provided on the front surface of the main body 1, which opens at the outlet of the duct 2. 9 is a louver provided at the air outlet 8. Reference numeral 10 denotes a wind direction plate provided inside the duct 2, which is positioned between the combustion tube 6 on the right side and the duct 2 in the direction of rotation of the propeller fan 3, and is positioned between the combustion tube 6 on the right side and the duct 2.
It is fixed with the front side raised upwards.

At this time, the propeller fan 3 is rotating clockwise, and the wind from the right side of the combustion tube 6 is pushed downward from the center of the fan, but the wind direction is deflected upward by the wind direction plate 10 fixed to the lower surface of the duct, The high-temperature combustion gas 12 discharged from 5 and the cold air deflected by the wind direction plate 10 are mixed. In addition, since the wind on the left side of the combustion tube 6 is pushed upward, the high temperature gas 1 from the combustion tube 6
2 will be evenly mixed. Therefore, the hot air blown out from the air outlet 8 has less unevenness in temperature.

Mixing with the combustion gas from 1 is promoted, and a temperature with less unevenness in hot air temperature can be obtained. In addition, since the high-temperature hot air is mixed with the cold air from the propeller fan, the high-temperature hot air no longer comes into direct contact with the louver, as in the past, and as a result, the temperature rise of the louver is suppressed, and low-grade louver materials and surfaces are avoided. Effects such as being able to reduce costs by using processing can be obtained.
