When a plurality of coiled filaments (hereinafter referred to as coils) are arranged and their ends are connected for continuous feeding, the position of the guide roller of the wire placed above is fixed and the coils are sequentially fed out from the guide roller. The methods of moving the wire guide rollers downward or above the coils require complicated equipment and manpower to move the coil or wire guide rollers, and may cause tangles due to wire twisting when switching coils. Utility Model Publication No. 51-8045 proposes a device that is easy to use and can continuously unwind coiled filaments more smoothly in consideration of these circumstances.

A downwardly expanding hopper 11, 11' and a predetermined length of pipe 12, 1 connected to the upper part of this hopper.
A slit 14 connects the insides of the two downward wrapper tubes 13, 13', each of which is arranged vertically and parallel to each other, through which a filament consisting of a filament 2' passes. A common guide roller 15 is provided above the two wrapper tubes 13, 13' and the slit 14 and extends in the direction of the slit, and two coil-shaped rollers are connected at their respective ends so that they can be connected and unrolled. The filament body 2 is placed under two hoppers 11, 11' and the filament body 2 is fed out.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional filament feeding device, when the filament wound in a coiled shape passes between the wrapper-shaped guide and the slit connected thereto, the filament comes into contact with each of the above-mentioned members. Corrects the curling of the striatum and the curl of the striatum when switching coils. During straightening, the surface of the filament is rubbed many times between the guide and the slit, and is easily damaged. Since the surface of the strip is processed with damage,
There was a problem with unfavorable quality.

The filament feeding device of this invention configured as described above connects the ends of each of the coiled filaments arranged in a row, and passes the filaments through the slit of the guide and the gap between the guide rollers. When switching the coil, the filament moves smoothly in the longitudinal direction within the slit or gap, thereby switching the coil. In this way, the coiled curl of the filament and the wire curl when switching the coils are corrected.

体表面の摩損が最小限に抑制される。 When the above-described curling or curling of the filament is to be corrected, the filament passes through a slit formed by mutually facing guide members each having an arcuate cross section. Therefore, the portion where the filament body contacts the guide member is not surface contact but line contact, and therefore wear and tear on the filament body surface is suppressed to a minimum.
