A method is known in which a plurality of reinforcing bars are arranged in parallel at right angles so as to overlap with these reinforcing bars. According to this reinforcement arrangement method, the spacing between the reinforcing bars may deviate from the predetermined position during concrete pouring.
Binding is done using relatively small diameter wire such as 23#. Since manual binding with wire requires a lot of labor, automatic binding machines have also been proposed. However, when manual binding using wire is used, it takes effort to wrap the wire around the cross section, resulting in inefficient work and increasing construction time and cost.

It is formed into a substantially S-shaped body in which arc-shaped slits are formed from opposite directions, and the middle part of the substantially S-shaped body is thick at the center, and both sides of the center are thin. The inner part of the slit is formed wider than the diameter of the reinforcing bar, and the entrance part is formed in a tapered shape narrow enough to allow the reinforcing bar to pass through.

Rotate and pass the lower reinforcing bar through the inner part. In this way, the upper reinforcing bars are held between the lower reinforcing bars and the intermediate portion of the bundling plate, and both reinforcing bars are tied together. At this time, since the binding plate has elasticity, the cross portion is firmly bound by its restoring force. In this way, by simply pushing down and rotating the binding plate using the slit in the binding plate, it is possible to efficiently bundle the items. Furthermore, since the entrance part of the slit is tapered to be narrower than the inner part, the reinforcing bar can easily pass through the slit, and has the advantage of being difficult to pull out. In addition, the central part of the middle part is thick and the sides of the central part are thin, so the central part is difficult to bend and comes into contact with the upper reinforcing bar, while the both sides are easy to bend and bend to surround the upper reinforcing bar. The reinforcing bars on the upper side are suitably held together.

It is then heat treated to give it elasticity. That is, it is preferable to perform spring processing. In this way, material costs are low, processing is easy, and manufacturing is possible at low cost.

The center portion 3a of the intermediate portion 3 is thickly formed into a substantially circular shape, and both side portions 3b, 3
b is formed thinner than the central portion 3a by opposing arcuate portions. And the inner part 2 of the slit 2
a is formed wider than the diameter of the reinforcing bar, and the entrance portion 2b
is formed into a narrow taper shape toward the inner portion 2a to allow the reinforcing steel to pass through. The outer edge of the plate 1 and the slits 2, 2 are punched out in one step and heat treated to give them spring properties.

できる。 Next, the operation will be explained with reference to FIG. In the figure, the reinforcing bars 10 are disposed on the lower side and the reinforcing bars 11 are disposed perpendicularly on the upper side, forming a cross section X. When bundling this cross section X, the center section 3a of the plate 1 is positioned at the center of the cross section End portion 1a,
1a down to the bottom surface of the reinforcing bar 10, and
is rotated toward the inner portion 2a of the slit, clockwise in the illustrated example, and the reinforcing bar 10 is passed through the inner portion 2a through the entrance portion 2b of the slit. Therefore, the upper reinforcing bars 11 are held between the lower reinforcing bars 10 and the intermediate portion 3 of the plate 1, and both reinforcing bars are tied together. At this time, the central part 3a is thick and does not bend, and the side parts 3b, 3b are thin and easy to bend, and suitably hold the upper reinforcing bars, and due to the elasticity of the bending reaction force, the cross part X is necessary for concrete pouring. Unite with great strength. By simply pressing and rotating the plate 1 in this manner, the cross section X of the reinforcing bars 10 and 11 can be efficiently bound. Note that the overlapping portion of the reinforcing bars can be easily tied together by performing the same operation as described above for the two overlapping reinforcing bars.

It is possible to bind the concrete easily and efficiently, reducing the construction period and cost of concrete pouring.
