Description of the Related Art In automobiles, for example, a body sealer is applied under an intermediate coating for the purpose of rust prevention and dust prevention due to filling, for example, in a joint gap of steel plates. The concrete steps are summarized as follows. That is, the body sealer is applied to the steel plate joint, the outer plate is applied with an intermediate coating, and the inner plate (door interior, trunk room, engine room) is applied with an intermediate coated inner plate color similar to the top coating color,
Blackout painting (door frame, rocker part) (however, blackout does not depend on the car model), baking, masking the blackout exterior,
The steps of top-coating the outer plate and finishing baking (the steps of ~ are repeated depending on the vehicle type) are performed.

Depending on the solvent, it is dissolved and extracted, causing paint defects such as glossiness and cissing. It has been conventionally known that a polymer type plasticizer, which is hard to be dissolved in a solvent in a paint, is effective as a measure for preventing such a coating defect. Such polymer type plasticizers are used as ordinary plasticizers for body sealers, but their viscosity is extremely high compared to general-purpose type plasticizers, and body sealers using this polymer type plasticizer are also used. Naturally, there is a problem that the viscosity is high and it is not suitable as a robot coating type spray body sealer. It is an object of the present invention to solve the above problems and provide a body sealer suitable for use as a robot coating type spray body sealer.

There are various things such as being equipped, that it does not overflow during the heating process during and after coating, that it can be formed into a thin film and that it has good adhesion to the vehicle part, and that the finish of W / W coating is good. As a result of examination, the conventional W
It was found that the above problem can be solved by using an appropriate amount of a high boiling point solvent in a body sealer mainly composed of vinyl chloride-based plastisol, which has a good / W coating finish, but robot spraying work was impossible. Completed sealer, body sealer mainly composed of vinyl chloride plastisol used in the assembly process of vehicles etc. where the intermediate coating paint is painted wet on wet,
The total amount is 100 parts by weight, and the high boiling point solvent is contained in an amount of 7 to 15 parts by weight.

If it is less than 3 parts by weight, the adhesiveness to the adherend tends to decrease, and if it exceeds 10 parts by weight, the economical efficiency and workability are deteriorated, so 3 to 10 parts by weight is preferable.

It is preferable that the weight ratio and the compounding ratio of both are about 30:70. The purpose of using the polyester-based plasticizer together is that it is most suitable for improving the finished appearance on a line without a calcination step during the coating step and for obtaining a clear coating gloss. That is, if a solvent such as a polar solvent such as alcohol, ester, ketone or ether is contained in the intermediate coating or top coating, the phthalic acid plasticizer in the body sealer is easily extracted into the coating due to the influence of this solvent. However, it lowers the surface tension of the paint and causes repelling and luster, but the polyester type is not easily extracted and is suitable as the finish of the coating.

Therefore, it is difficult to dissolve the vinyl chloride resin, and the body sealer does not foam when heated. Further, a solvent having a boiling point of 180 ° C. or higher is preferable, and it is preferable to use a nonpolar solvent in which naphthene and paraffin are used in combination.
