面及び前記第2の基準面に固定された光学系部であっ
て、前記光学系部は前記第1の基準面に固定された光源
である半導体レーザと、前記半導体レーザからの出射光
が前記貫通部を通って入射し、前記対物レンズを経て前
記情報記録媒体に至らせるビームスプリッタと、前記情
報記録媒体からの反射光が前記ビームスプリッタで反射
