[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an interlock mechanism for a seat installed in a one-box car or the like. [Background of the Invention] A one-box car has a driver seat and a passenger seat in the front, and a rear seat in the rear.Recently, the seats have been rotated in various directions or seated opposite each other to change the seating arrangement. There is a growing trend towards allowing various changes to be made according to the user's preferences. However, from the standpoint of safety and security standards, it is not desirable to have the front passenger seat facing each other or to rotate the rear seat 90 degrees so that it faces sideways while the vehicle is in motion. Therefore, it is necessary to lock the front passenger seat so that it cannot be seated opposite the passenger seat while the vehicle is in motion, and the rear seat cannot be turned sideways. [Prior Art] Conventionally, the driver's seat is rotatable, and a rotation detection means is provided on the driver's seat, and when the driver's seat is rotated to face rearward, the rotation mechanism of the passenger seat is unlocked and the passenger seat is rotated. An interlock mechanism has been proposed that allows the two to sit facing each other (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-227528). In the above-mentioned interlock mechanism, when the driver's seat is turned rearward, the vehicle becomes unable to drive, that is, the vehicle becomes unable to travel, and only in this state can the front passenger seat be seated. [Problem to be solved by the invention] However, in the above conventional configuration, in order to release the interlock mechanism, it is necessary to remove the driver's seat.
It must be rotated 180 degrees, and the driver's seat must be able to slide far enough to the rear so that it does not interfere with driving equipment such as the steering wheel and brakes, and the backrest can be completely folded forward. There was a problem in that the structure of the driver's seat became complicated because the driver's seat had to be configured to be [Means for Solving the Problems] As a means for solving the above conventional problems, the present invention provides a driver seat 2 and a passenger seat 3 installed at the front of an automobile 1, and a rear seat 4 installed at the rear. In the seat arrangement, the backrest 2B of the driver's seat 2 can be tilted forward, the passenger seat 3 can be seated facing each other, and the rear seat 4 can be rotated so that it can face sideways, and the backrest 2B of the driver's seat 2 can be tilted forward. A locking means and a lock release switch 13 that is linked to the forward tilt of the backrest portion 2B are installed, a locking means of the counter seat mechanism and a seat switch 18 that is linked to the seat mechanism are installed for the passenger seat 3, and a lock for the rear seat 4 to be used horizontally. The lock release switch 13 linked to the forward tilting of the backrest portion 2B of the driver's seat 2 is associated with the locking means of the seating mechanism of the passenger seat 3 and the sideways use locking means of the rear seat 4, and The seat facing switch 18 of the front passenger seat 3 is associated with the forward tilting locking means of the driver's seat 2, and when the driver's seat 2 is in use, the lock release switch is OFF, and when the front passenger seat 3 is in the forward facing position, the lock release switch is turned OFF. The seat switch 18 is turned OFF, and when the backrest 2B is tilted forward, the lock release switch 13 is turned ON and each of the locking means is released, and when the front passenger seat 3 is placed in the seat position, the seat switch 18 is turned OFF.
This invention provides a seat interlock mechanism characterized in that when the driver's seat 2 is turned ON, the forward tilting state of the driver's seat 2 is locked by a forward tilting locking means. [Function] The function of the present invention based on the above configuration is as follows. When the driver's seat 2 is in use, the lock release switch 13 is turned off, and when the front passenger seat 3 is in the forward-facing position, the seat switch 18 is turned off. When the backrest portion 2B of the driver's seat 2 is tilted forward, the lock release switch 13 that is linked to the forward tilting of the backrest portion 2B is turned ON, and the locking means for the seating mechanism of the passenger seat 3 and the sideways use locking means for the rear seat 4 are released. The front passenger seat 3 can be seated facing each other, and the rear seat 4 can be rotated to be used horizontally. When the front passenger seat 3 is placed in the facing position, the facing switch 18 is turned on and the forward tilting state of the backrest portion 2B of the driver's seat 2 is locked by the forward tilting locking means. [Effects of the Invention] Therefore, in the present invention, when the backrest of the driver's seat is tilted forward, there is no risk of interference with the driving device, etc., and there is no need to provide the driver's seat with interference prevention means. Only when the backrest of the driver's seat is tilted forward and the driver is unable to sit in the driver's seat, that is, when the driver is unable to drive or is unable to drive, can the front passenger seat be seated opposite the driver, and the rear seat can be turned sideways. Further, when the front passenger seat is placed in a seated position, the forward tilting state of the backrest of the driver's seat is locked and the driver's seat is maintained in an undriveable state, thus ensuring safe driving of the vehicle. [Embodiment] The present invention will be explained with reference to an embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 18. In FIG. A bench-type rear seat 4 is installed. And each seat 2, 3, 4 has a seat part 2A,
It consists of 3A, 4A and backrest parts 2B, 3B, 4B. Details of the driver's seat 2 are shown in FIGS. 2 to 6. In the driver's seat 2, a base frame 5 is attached to the rear side of the seat portion 2A, and an upper frame 6 supporting both sides of the backrest portion 2B is pivotally attached to the base frame 5 via a shaft 6A. The lower edge of the upper frame 6 has locking teeth 6B.
is formed on the upper edge of the locking tooth 6B, and the locking piece 7 is pivotally connected to the base frame 5 via the shaft 7A and is biased in the direction of arrow A by a spring (not shown). The locking teeth 7B are in mesh with each other. The distal end of the locking piece 7 is in contact with the proximal end of a lever 8 which is pivotally attached to the base frame 5 via a shaft 8A (see FIG. 3). An actuating piece 9 is attached to the front side of the lower end of the upper frame 6, and a locking groove 9A is formed at the rear of the lower edge of the actuating piece 9, and a projecting piece 9B is formed at the front part. is locked in the normal state, and is unlocked and becomes rotatable in the forward folded state, and when the rear seat 4 is in the normal state facing forward, the rotary switch 34 is in the solid line position in Fig. 17 and turned ON. When the rear seat 4 is rotated from this state by 30 to 150 degrees, the rotary switch 34 is pushed by the guide 35 and turned OFF as shown by the dotted line. The details of each seat have been explained above, and the interlock mechanism of each seat will be summarized below. 1 Driver's seat 2 Motor 11: Engagement and release of the lock for forward tilting of the backrest Lock release switch 13: Detection of forward tilting of the backrest, OFF in normal state, OFF in forward tilting state
ON. 2 Passenger seat 3 Motor 16: Engagement and release of the lock of the seating mechanism Seat switch 18: Detection of the seating position, OFF in normal state, ON in forward tilted state. 3 Rear seat 4 Motor 25: Engagement and release of the lock for forward tilting of the backrest. Forward folding switch 27: Detection of forward tilting of the backrest. OFF when in use, ON when tilted forward. Rotary switch 34: Detects the horizontal position of the backrest, turns ON in normal state, and OFF in horizontal state. The interlock circuit is shown in FIG. 18, and the interlock mechanism for each seat will be explained below. 1 Between the driver's seat and the passenger seat Under normal conditions, the backrest 2B of the driver's seat 2 is not tilted forward and the lock release switch 13 is
OFF, the front passenger seat 3 is in the normal state, the seat switch 18 is OFF, and the motor 16 engages the lock for the seat position, making it impossible to seat the passenger seat. When the backrest 2B of the driver's seat 2 is tilted forward from the normal state to make it unusable, that is, unable to drive, the lock release switch 13 is turned on, and therefore the switches 13A and 13B are in the position shown by the solid line. The motor 16 rotates forward and the counter mechanism is unlocked. Passenger seat 3
When the seat is set to be seated, the seat switch 18 is turned ON, and therefore the switches 18A and 18B are also turned ON as shown in the solid line position, and the motor 11 rotates in the opposite direction, causing the backrest 2B of the driver's seat 2 to tilt forward. The vehicle is locked, thus fixing the inoperable state. When the passenger seat 3 is returned to its normal state, the seat switch 18 is turned OFF, and therefore the switches 18A and 18B are in the position shown by the dotted line.
When turned off, the motor 11 rotates in the forward direction, and the forward tilted state of the backrest 2B of the driver's seat 2 is released, allowing the driver's seat 2 to return to its normal state, that is, to its usable state. When the driver's seat 2 is returned to its normal state, the lock release switch 13 is turned OFF, and therefore the switches 13A and 13B are turned OFF, the motor 16 rotates in the reverse direction, and the passenger seat 3 becomes unable to sit. 1 Between the driver's seat and the rear seat When the driver's seat 2 is in the normal state (the lock release switch 13 is OFF), the backrest 4 of the rear seat 4
When B is tilted forward, the forward tilt switch 27 is turned on, and therefore the switches 27A, 27B, 27
C and 27D turn ON as shown by the solid line, and the motor 25 rotates in the opposite direction to lock the backrest portion 4B in the forward-folded state, thus fixing the rear seat 4 in an unusable state. From this state, open rear seat 4.
Rotation switch 24 turns OFF when rotated more than 30°
Therefore, switches 34A, 34B,
34C and 34D are OFF as shown in the dotted line position
However, the backrest portion 4B is still locked in the forward tilted state and rendered unusable.
When the backrest 2B of the driver's seat 2 is tilted forward, the lock release switch 13 is turned on, and when the rear seat 4 is rotated by more than 30 degrees, the rotation switch 34 is turned off.
3A, 13B are ON, switches 34A, 34
B, 34C, 34D are turned off and motor 25
rotates in the forward direction, the forward folding state of the backrest portion 4B is unlocked, and the rear seat 4 can be returned to its normal state while remaining sideways. In this state, the forward tilt switch 27 is OFF, that is, the switches 27A, 2
7B, 27C, 27D as shown in the dotted line state
is turned OFF, and the rotary switch 34, that is, 34A,
34B, 34C, and 34D are in the OFF state, the motor 11 rotates in the opposite direction and the backrest portion 2B of the driver's seat 2
The forward leaning position of the head is locked. When the backrest portion 4B of the rear seat 4 is folded forward, the forward folding switch 27 is activated.
That is, switches 27A, 27B, 27C, 27D
is turned ON and the state is horizontal (rotary switch 34,
Switches 34A, 34B, 34C, 34D are
OFF), the motor 11 rotates in the forward direction, the forward tilting state of the backrest portion 2B of the driver's seat 2 is unlocked, and the driver's seat 2 can be returned to its normal state. When the driver's seat 2 is placed in the normal state, the lock release switch 13, that is, the switches 13A, 1
3B is turned OFF and the state is horizontal (rotary switches 34, 34A, 34B, 34C, 34D are
OFF), the motor 25 rotates in the opposite direction to lock the backrest portion 4B in the forward tilted state. However, when the rear seat 4 is faced forward in this state, the rotary switch 34, switches 34A, 34B, 34C,
34D is turned ON, the motor 25 rotates forward, and the lock of the backrest portion 4B in the forward tilted state is released. The relationship between the switch and motor is summarized below. Lock release switch 13 ON → Motor 16 forward rotation lock release switch 13 ON → Opposite seat switch 18
ON → Motor 11 Reverse rotation lock release switch 13 ON → Opposite seat switch 18
ON → Motor 11 forward rotation lock release switch 13 OFF → Motor 16 reverse rotation forward rotation switch 27 ON → Rotation switch 34 ON →
Motor 25 reverse rotation lock release switch 13 ON → rotation switch 34
OFF → Motor 25 forward rotation forward rotation switch 27 OFF → Rotation switch 34 OFF
→ Motor 11 reverse rotation forward switch 27 ON → Rotation switch 34 OFF →
Motor 11 forward rotation lock release switch 13 OFF → rotation switch 3
4 ON → Motor 25 reverse rotation Rotation switch 34 OFF → Motor 25 forward rotation The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, the lock engagement/release mechanism may be an electromagnetic type, a hydraulic type, etc., regardless of the motor. You can also do this. Further, as the lock release switch, counter switch, forward tilt switch, and rotary switch, a proximity switch, a photoelectric switch, etc. may be used in addition to a normal switch. Further, the front passenger seat seating mechanism may be a mechanism that allows the front passenger seat to face the front passenger seat by rotating it, and the rear seat sideways use locking mechanism may be of a type that locks the rotation of the rear seat itself.
