However, it is often difficult to accurately calculate and design the insertion position and direction of the scope in advance. For example, when monitoring the combustion status of burners in a large power generation boiler, it is necessary to insert a heat-resistant monitoring scope into the boiler wall and attach it facing the burner to be monitored. There are many water pipes running around the area, and it is often difficult to avoid them and bring the burner within sight.

Conventionally, surveillance scope mounting devices have been fixed, so the scope mounting position and direction designed in advance are different from the actual position and direction.
When discrepancies occurred, it was extremely troublesome to correct them.

A surveillance scope mounting device according to the present invention includes: a pair of parallel guide fixing members that are attached to a mounting surface through a fastener in abutting manner; and a pair of recesses formed by the guide fixing members and the mounting surface. It has a pair of fitting parts that fit into the groove, and when the fastener is not tightened, the fitting part slides along the concave groove and is movable in the direction along the guiding and fixing member. , and a base whose movement is regulated when the fastener is tightened; and a scope insertion hole that rotates about an axis parallel to the mounting surface and into which a direct-view monitoring scope is inserted. A swing support shaft provided with the swing support shaft; in a tightened state, the swing support shaft is fixed to the base to restrict its rotation, and in an untightened state, it is allowed to rotate and is perpendicular to the surface to which it is mounted. and an adjustment screw that enables the monitoring scope to swing in orthogonal planes.

Reference numeral 18 denotes a swing support shaft that forms a main part of the inclination angle adjustment member 5. This swing shaft 18 has a large diameter portion 19 in the center.
It has small diameter parts 20, 20 at both ends, and when the divided bodies 16, 16 are combined as shown in FIG.
0 is inserted into the hole 14. And the large diameter part 19
A scope insertion hole 21 through which the scope 1 is swingably inserted in a direction perpendicular to the axis is provided. Further, 22 is a set screw (adjustment screw) that fixes the rotation angle of the swing support shaft 18 with respect to the base 4, that is, the inclination angle in the orthogonal plane Q of the scope 1, to a predetermined value.

Further, the tips of the small diameter parts 20, 20 protrude to both sides of the base 4, and a pair of threaded rods 23, 23 are protruded from these protruding parts as shown in FIG. 1, forming a part of the scope 1. Insert the threaded rods 23, 23 into a pair of holes in the mounting plate 25 fixed to a part of the protection tube 24, and screw the nuts 26, 27 (see Fig. 2) back and forth until the mounting plate 25 is aligned with the arrows. By moving it in the C direction, the extent of the protrusion of the protective tube 24 and the tip of the scope into the object to be observed can be increased or decreased.

In the illustrated embodiment, the inclination angle adjustment member 5 includes the swing support shaft 18, the set screws 22, 22,
It is composed of a screw rod 23, nuts 26, 27, etc., but it goes without saying that other than these, the design can be changed freely.

Note that, as shown in Fig. 1, when a circular cover plate 10 is attached using bolts 9 arranged at equal pitches around the circumference, and the guide and fixing member 3 is attached using this cover plate 10 as the mounting surface P, is the reciprocating adjustment shown by arrows A and B, and arrows E and F (see Figures 2 and 5).
In addition to adjusting the inclination angle θ shown in , it is also possible to adjust the position of the entire surveillance scope mounting device by rotating it in the direction of arrow G in FIG. This has the advantage of making it easier to monitor and observe the inside of the boiler, which is complexly arranged. Of course, in the present invention, it is also desirable to directly attach it to the wall surface 6 without using such a cover plate 10, and it goes without saying that the wall surface 6 may be a vertical surface or an inclined surface.

Guide fixing members 3, 3 for direct-view monitoring scope 1
In addition to being able to freely move the monitoring scope 1 in the direction along the orthogonal plane Q, the inclination angle θ of the monitoring scope 1 within the orthogonal plane Q can be freely adjusted, making it possible to easily change the part to be observed. ,
This is a difficult-to-see area to be observed, but it can be seen reliably and easily, and almost the entire interior of various furnaces can be observed.

Also, during observation, the monitoring scope 1 is securely fixed, does not move in the direction along the guide and fixing members 3, 3, or swings within the orthogonal plane Q, and does not move in the direction along the guide and fixing members 3, 3, or swing within the orthogonal plane Q. The observation site can be reliably observed in a stable state.
