At the same time, both ends of the top sheet 3 are shaped using jigs 2, 2.
Bend the top sheet 3 along the curves and attach both ends of the top sheet 3 to the back side of the core plate 1, and insert this into the space 4 formed by pulling out the shaping jigs 2, 2 from inside the top sheet 3. With the outside of the top sheet 3 in the 4 spaces set in the forming mold 5, the resin 6 is
The above object is achieved by filling the space between the side edge of the core plate 1 and the top sheet 3 with resin 6 to form a curved surface. The present invention will now be described in detail with reference to Examples.

空所4が第3図のように形成されることになる。 The core plate 1 may be made of any material such as a wooden board or a foamed resin board, and the top sheet 3 may be a flexible sheet such as a soft resin sheet. This topsheet 3 is then attached to the core plate 1. First, an adhesive 9 is applied to the back surface of the topsheet 3. To apply the adhesive 9, as shown in FIG. This is what you should do. Next, as shown in FIG.
The top sheet 3, which is moved in the same manner as shown by the arrow, is attached to the core plate 1 while the end surfaces of both sides of the core plate 1 are in sliding contact with each other. At this time, the center part of the top sheet 3 is attached to the front side of the core plate 1 by the adhesive 9 applied to the center part in FIG. 1, and the part of the top sheet 3 where the adhesive 9 is not applied. The topsheet 3 is bent along the outer surface of the shaping jig 2 that is attached to the side edges of the core plate 1, and the adhesive 9 applied to both ends of the topsheet 3 is applied to the topsheet 3. Both ends are attached to the back side of the core plate 1. When using a long core plate 1 or a long top sheet 3, the top sheet 3 is bent with a roller or the like along the outer surface of the forming jig 2, and at the same time this forming jig 2 is arranged. By pressing the topsheet 3 against the core plate 1 using rollers or the like at the position where the topsheet 3 is moved, the topsheet 3 is continuously pressed against the core plate 1 by the shaping jig. It can be attached to the core plate 1 while being bent along the lines 2. Further, the shaping jig 2 is formed so that its outer surface has the same shape as the curved shape to be applied to the end of the door plate. In the case where the top sheet 3 is attached to the core plate 1 in this way, the core plate 1
As the topsheet 3 moves, the forming jig 2 is pulled out from the inside of the topsheet 3, and the forming jig 2 is placed between the end surfaces on both sides of the core plate 1 and the inside of the topsheet 3. A cavity 4 having a cross-sectional area corresponding to the cross-sectional area of 2 is formed as shown in FIG.

ものである。 After this, using a pair of forming molds 5 whose inner surfaces are formed into a female concave curved shape corresponding to the curved surface shape to be applied to the end of the door plate, as shown in FIG. , 5, the core plate 1 with the above-mentioned topsheet 3 pasted thereon is set, and the topsheet 3 in the spaces 4 and 4 is inserted into the shaping molds 5 and 5, and a liquid resin such as polyurethane foam is filled in the space 4. The resin 6 is injected and foamed and hardened to fill the cavity 4 with the resin 6. When the resin 6 is filled in this manner, the top sheet 3 is deformed and conformed to the inner surface of the forming mold 5 due to the filling pressure, and the top sheet 3 in this area is finished into a curved shape as shown in FIG. It is possible to obtain a door plate with a high quality.

なる。 In this way, it is possible to form a curved surface on the edge of the door plate by filling the resin without cutting, and this curved surface is created by deforming the top sheet 3 along the inner surface of the shaping mold 5. Therefore, the smooth surface of the topsheet 3 allows the formation of a curved surface without minute irregularities. Note that if a soft polyurethane or the like is used as the resin 6, an elastic portion can be formed at the end of the door plate.

Bend it along the forming jig and attach both ends of the top sheet to the back side of the core plate, and then insert the blank into the space formed by pulling out the forming jig from inside the top sheet. Since the outer side of the top sheet was set in the shaping mold and filled with resin, the curved surface at the end of the door plate could be formed by filling the resin into the empty space without cutting. It is easy to perform, and the curved surface is formed by deforming the top sheet along the inner surface of the shaping mold, so it is possible to create a curved surface without the minute irregularities that occur when cutting. It is possible to perform the formation of
