Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the best use of a limited space as possible so as to remarkably miniaturize a rubber bush, enhance operability and reduce a cost by disposing the bush having the maximum area to be secured within a predetermined frame profile. CONSTITUTION:A rubber plate having a predetermined profile is held between two frame plates each provided with several square holes having the maximum area within a preset profile, to be fixed by ultrasonic welding or the like. Namely, a shunt of single rubber bush 1 having a predetermined profile is held between two fixing frames 2 each provided with several square holes having the maximum area within a preset profile, to be thus fixed. An area for a wiring portion can be secured despite of a small profile of the bush. Accordingly, the number of electric wires can be increased without applying stress to the electric wires. A control signal line can be separated easily from a main circuit line. Insertion of several sheet bushes 1 is unnecessary, thus enhancing operability. Furthermore, the single rubber plate can dispense with a complicated structure of the bush 1, thereby reducing a cost.

Next, the operation of the conventional wiring protection bush will be described. First, the structure is formed by inserting several circular rubber bushes 1 into the mounting frame 2 and mounting them on a control device or the like. When actually used, a cut is made in the circular rubber bush 1 and an electric wire is passed therethrough. This circular rubber bush 1 is used to minimize the gap in the portion through which the electric wire passes. Normally, control signal wires and main circuit wires are used facing different rubber bushes so that they are not affected by noise.

Since the conventional protective bush for wiring is constituted by the circular rubber bush as described above, the limited space is not effectively utilized, and it is possible to reduce the size of the device these days. On the other hand, there is a problem that it is difficult to secure the area of the electric wire wiring portion and it is usually necessary to fit the circular rubber bushes in six or more places, so that the workability is poor and the cost is increased.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it maximizes the limited space, significantly increases the area of the electric wire wiring portion, and is sufficient for downsizing of the apparatus. It is an object of the present invention to obtain a wiring protection bush that can be used, and that can improve workability and reduce cost.

Next, the operation will be described. By providing the rubber bushing with the maximum area that can be secured within the specified outer shape, the area of the wiring section can be secured even if the outer shape of the device is small, and the number of wires can be reduced without giving stress to the wires. You can increase.

As described above, according to the present invention, one rubber plate having a predetermined outer shape is sandwiched between two waffles having a plurality of square holes having the maximum area within the predetermined outer shape. Since it is configured to be fixed, the rubber bushing with the maximum area can be provided within the predetermined outer shape, and the area of the wiring part can be secured even if the device outer size is small, so there is no stress on the wires. The number of electric wires can be increased. Further, the control signal line and the main circuit line can be easily separated. Further, since it is not necessary to fit several rubber bushes, workability is improved, and since the structure of the rubber bush is a single rubber plate due to its complicated shape, the cost can be reduced.
