為電気抵抗溶接後の溶接強度が不安定でばらつくという
課題があり、従ってヘッダー等の加工成形後バレル研磨
や熱処理を行うなど工数が煩雑で手間隙のかかるもの
で、また自動化による多量生産の障害となっていた。2. ス止めしたり、また、円筒体端部内面に凸部や凹部を設
けてリベット状接点の足部をくい込ませる等により一層
強固な固着となるものである。また、円筒体一端部にリ
ベット状接点足部を圧入するに限らず、板条材から円筒
体に曲げ加工による成形時、リベット状接点の足部を包
み込み緊合しても良く適宜順送金型のレイアウトにあわ
