Although it is excellent in pressure resistance and dimensional stability, it has a drawback that it is heavy and its cushioning property is low. On the other hand, a combination of soft fiber board and polystyrene foam board that is laminated and sewn is lightweight and has excellent heat insulation and cushioning properties. However, it has problems such as poor durability and air permeability, and troublesome treatment of polystyrene waste materials. In order to solve the above problems,
A tatami floor has been proposed in which a paper honeycomb core and a textured fiberboard are laminated between a face plate and a bottom plate of a soft fiber plate (see, for example, JP-A-62-68961).

It is necessary to have elastic recovery and be integrated,
Those obtained by adhering the constituent members to each other as described in the above publication are unsuitable because the performance as a tatami floor is inferior, or when sandwiching the paper honeycomb core or the textured fiberboard described above. There is a problem that it is difficult to stably maintain the tightness of the stitches at the time of the sewn connection, and the manufacturing becomes troublesome.

A continuous line consisting of a straight line and a connecting line that alternately connects both ends of the parallel straight line, and a straight extension line or a right-angled extension line that reaches the plate outer end in opposite directions from the parallel outermost straight line ends. It is one of two isomorphic sheets obtained by dividing by a zigzag cutting line.

The width space portions are arranged in parallel with each other. The auxiliary plate is composed of an auxiliary front plate arranged in contact with the tip of each narrow strip of the comb-tooth-shaped body and an auxiliary side plate arranged along the narrow strip outside the comb-tooth-shaped body. It is a rectangular rectangular plate having a size capable of forming an intermediate plate having the same outer shape as the original plate.

That is, the comb-shaped main body uses the original plate having the same width as that of the face plate and having a length obtained by adding the width of the long wide edge part to one half of the length of the face plate. From the outermost straight line end of the parallel plate, the center plate surface surrounded by is an odd number of straight lines that are parallel to the side edges of the plate It was obtained by dividing into two pieces of the same shape by a continuous zigzag cutting line consisting of right-angled extension lines reaching the plate outer ends in opposite directions.

Since the intermediate plates, which are formed by combining the comb-shaped main body and the auxiliary plate, are interleaved and sewn together, the intermediate plate weight is 30% compared to the case where the conventional one-piece intermediate plate is used. It is possible to reduce by ~ 40% and improve flexibility and cushioning property while maintaining pressure resistance and laminated sewing strength by a plurality of narrow strips extending in the longitudinal direction. The chamber can have better heat insulation.

When the width of the tatami mat can be obtained and the tatami mat size needs to be reduced, the wide edge part and the auxiliary part can be removed by cutting the tip part of the narrow width piece of the comb-shaped main body or the side edge part of the narrow width piece. The width of the wide edge portion of the plate can be maintained at a desired width and can be easily dealt with.

It is placed to form an intermediate plate, and a face plate,
It is manufactured by stacking surface protection sheets, moving them in the longitudinal direction, supplying them to a sewing machine, and integrating them for sewing. The needle penetration position in the above sewing machine usually corresponds to both wide edges of the intermediate plate and each narrow strip of the comb-shaped main body of the intermediate plate. If the number is 2 cm or less and the number is large, some narrow strips may be unsewn.
