[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a cosmetic containing a cosmetic powder surface-treated with an alkyl phosphate and mica classified into a specific particle size distribution. For more details,
By blending these ingredients, it is water repellent, does not easily come off, has good adhesion to the skin, spreads easily on the skin, does not have a squeaky, rough or powdery feel, and has a moisturizing feel. The present invention relates to a cosmetic that improves the appearance and gives a fine finish. [Prior Art] Cosmetics containing cosmetic powders include make-up cosmetics such as foundation, white powder, blusher, eye shadow, and eyebrow, and body cosmetics such as body powder and baby powder. has been done. Cosmetic powders used in these cosmetics are generally classified into three types: extender pigments, coloring pigments, and composite pigments thereof. Among these powders, extender pigments and composite pigments of extender pigments and color pigments (hereinafter simply referred to as composite pigments) are blended in relatively large quantities, and therefore, as powders of these pigments, The performance of cosmetics greatly affects the cosmetic performance of each cosmetic. Cosmetic performance issues in cosmetics containing cosmetic powders include spread on the skin, smoothness, good adhesion, lack of squeaking, roughness, and powderiness, and makeup application. In the case of cosmetics, another requirement is that the makeup does not come off. Conventionally, in order to improve the performance of these cosmetics,
When a cosmetic powder surface-treated with an alkyl phosphate is blended into a cosmetic, it has strong water repellency and does not have a dry feeling, so adhesion on the skin and moisturizing feeling are significantly improved. It has been found that the molding quality during press molding is also good (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1989-1999)
−163808). [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, although cosmetics containing cosmetic powders surface-treated with alkyl phosphates have strong water repellency and excellent adhesion on the skin, they do not adhere well to the skin. The drawback was that the growth rate was slow. In addition, other ingredients such as extender pigments, especially mica fine particles, may cause a squeaky feeling, and coarse particles may cause a rough feeling.
There was some powderiness and it was not completely satisfying. [Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present inventors have conducted extensive research in order to obtain a powder cosmetic that does not have the above-mentioned drawbacks and has excellent cosmetic performance.
In addition to cosmetic powders surface-treated with dialkyl (or dialkenyl) phosphates, typically 200 μm
Cosmetics containing mica fine particles and coarse particles that have been classified to have a wide particle size distribution (up to 60 mesh) are water repellent, do not easily come off, have excellent adhesion to the skin, and are It has been found that it spreads easily, has no squeaking, roughness, or powderiness, improves the moisturizing feeling, and provides a fine finish. That is, the present invention provides the following two components (A) and (B) (A) the following general formula (In the formula, R 1 and R 2 represent an alkyl group or an alkenyl group having 12 to 22 carbon atoms.) Cosmetic powder surface-treated with dialkyl (or dialkenyl) phosphate represented by
10~80% by weight (B) Volume cumulative average particle size is 4~20μm, particle size
The object of the present invention is to provide a powder cosmetic containing 10 to 80% by weight of mica, in which particles of 2 μm or less and particles of 48 μm or more each contain 5% by volume or less. As the powder for cosmetics used in the present invention, any known powder can be used, such as inorganic pigments such as talc, sericite, mica, and kaolin; organic pigments such as nylon, polyethylene, and silk powder. Pigment: titanium oxide, zinc oxide,
Examples include inorganic colorants such as ultramarine blue, chromium oxide, and iron oxide; organic colorants such as organic tar pigments and lakes; and composite pigments such as titanium mica and iron oxide coated mica. These can be used alone or in combination of two or more. Among these powders for cosmetics, inorganic powders such as talc, sericite, mica, kaolin, titanium oxide, and iron oxide coated mica are preferred when the cosmetics are makeup cosmetics, body cosmetics, etc. The powder cosmetic of the present invention is prepared by surface-treating the cosmetic powder with dialkyl (dialkenyl) phosphate in advance and then mixing it with other ingredients. For example, dialkyl (dialkenyl) phosphate is heated and dissolved in an organic solvent such as benzene, toluene, acetone, etc., cosmetic powder is added therein, the solvent is distilled off after stirring, and the dialkyl (dialkenyl) phosphate is dissolved on the cosmetic powder. Perform surface treatment to coat with dialkenyl) phosphate,
A method of mixing this with other ingredients is desirable.
After coating, the powder may be baked at a temperature higher than the melting point of the dialkyl (dialkenyl) phosphate in order to blend the powder well with the dialkyl (dialkenyl) phosphate. In addition, as a pretreatment for this coating, powder for cosmetics is heated at 110℃.
The water repellency after coating can be further increased by drying the powder by baking it under reduced pressure for about 30 minutes to 80 hours.
In these coating treatments, two or more kinds of cosmetic powders can be mixed and used simultaneously. In addition, it may be simultaneously treated with other known coating agents other than dialkyl (dialkenyl) phosphates, such as silicone, higher fatty acids, higher alcohols, esters, and waxes, as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired. In the present invention, the usage of dialkyl (dialkenyl) phosphate is as follows:
Although it varies depending on the type, the powder for cosmetics
0.1 to 50% by weight (hereinafter simply expressed as %), especially 2 to 20%
% is preferred. If the amount of dialkyl (dianikenyl) phosphate is too small, water repellency will be insufficient, and if it is too large, the inherent good spreadability of extender pigments may be impaired. In the present invention, the amount of cosmetic powder that has been surface-treated with alkyl phosphate depends on the type of cosmetic powder that has been surface-treated;
10 to 80% by weight (hereinafter simply expressed as %), especially 20 to 70
% is preferred. Furthermore, the mica used in the present invention has an average particle size of 4 to 20 μm, and particles with a particle size of 2 μm or less and 48 μm
Each of the above particles is 5% by volume or less, but in particular, the average particle size is 5 to 15 μm, and the particle size is 2 μm.
It is preferable that the following particles and particles of 32 μm or more each account for 1% by volume or less. Such mica having a specific particle size distribution is produced by classification according to a conventional method using, for example, a wet sieve, a wet centrifuge, an air classifier, or a combination thereof. The blended amount of the above classified mica is 19~
80%, especially 20-70% is preferred. The cosmetics of the present invention can be in the form of make-up cosmetics such as foundation, blusher, eyeshadow, eyebrow, etc.; body cosmetics such as body powder, baby powder, etc. When preparing these, optional ingredients such as higher fatty acids, higher alcohols, waxes, esters,
0 to 20% of oil agents such as hydrocarbons and silicones can also be blended at the same time, and preservatives, antioxidants, fragrances, astringents, etc. can also be blended as needed. The thus obtained powder cosmetic of the present invention has water repellency due to the cosmetic powder surface-treated with dialkyl (alkenyl) phosphate, and the classified mica prevents squeakiness, roughness, and powderiness. It becomes something without. Therefore, the powder cosmetic of the present invention has excellent spreadability, moisturizing feeling, and smooth feeling on the skin, and is not only resistant to sweat and water, but also suitable for foundation, eye shadow, blush, etc. In pressed powder make-up cosmetics,
It is an excellent cosmetic that is easy to press mold and does not easily discolor. [Example] The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Production Examples 1 to 4 Using a wet cyclone, a wet sieve, and a wet centrifuge, 1000 g of commercially available mica was classified to have the particle size distribution shown in Table 1 by changing the mesh of the sieve and the rotation speed of the wet centrifuge. Mica 1-4 were prepared. The particle size distribution was determined by a laser diffraction method using an SK laser micron sizer manufactured by Seishin Enterprises, and the average particle size was determined as a volume cumulative distribution average.

[Table] Production example 5 300ml of dicetyl phosphate 0.5g and hexane 100ml
The mixture was placed in an eggplant flask with a volume of 100 ml, and stirred at 50°C for about 20 minutes. 10 g of sericite was added to this, and the eggplant flask was rotated for about 30 minutes without suction using a rotary evaporator. Next, hexane was distilled off at 60° C. under suction with a water aspirator, and the obtained powder was further dried at 50° C. under reduced pressure overnight to completely remove hexane to obtain dicetyl phosphate-treated sericite. Example 1 Composition (%) Talc Remaining amount Classified mica 1 to 4 40 Dicetyl phosphate-treated sericite obtained in Production Example 5 30 Titanium oxide 10 Red iron oxide 0.8 Yellow iron oxide 2.5 Black iron oxide 0.1 Liquid paraffin 8 Beeswax 2 Preservative 0.1 Fragrance 0.05 Manufacturing method The above ingredients were pulverized and mixed, transferred to a Henschel mixer, and the ingredients mixed and dissolved at 80°C were added and mixed uniformly. After the ingredients were added and mixed, the mixture was ground again and passed through a sieve. This was compression molded into a metal plate to obtain powder foundations 1 to 4. Evaluation For the four types of powder foundations obtained in this way, the feeling of use and the relative coefficient of friction were measured. The feeling of use was evaluated by 10 expert panelists in terms of the absence of squeaking, roughness and powderiness, as well as adhesion to the skin and spreadability on the skin, using the following criteria. ○: 8 or more people judged it as good. △: 7 to 5 people judged it as good. The coefficient of friction was measured, and the ratio to the coefficient of friction of the freeze-dried pork skin itself was defined as the relative coefficient of friction. For the measurement, a surface property measuring machine Heidon Model 14 manufactured by Shinto Kagakusha was used. The results are shown in Table 2.
