(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To prevent the occurrence of dew condensation by controlling the temperature inside the greenhouse, which is temperature-controlled by the warm air heater, during the time period when dew condensation is likely to occur because the heater is not always operated. [Structure] In the first embodiment of the present invention, the temperature rise is determined from the difference between the humidity inside the greenhouse detected by the humidity sensor and the humidity (set humidity) to be controlled, and the temperature obtained by adding the temperature rise and the detected temperature inside the greenhouse. Is set as the set temperature and the hot air heater is operated at a constant temperature by the humidity controller. In the second embodiment, the hot air heater is operated at a constant temperature difference so that the temperature difference between the greenhouse temperature and the outside air temperature becomes a constant temperature.

Description of the Related Art The indoor humidity of a greenhouse for greenhouse cultivation (including vinyl greenhouses) in which the room temperature is controlled by using a warm air heater in the extremely cold season is kept comfortable and does not cause dew condensation. Dehumidification rarely poses a problem during use of the hot air heater. However, in the middle of spring and autumn,
For example, during the period from the end of February to the end of April in Table Japan, the constant operation of the warm air heater is stopped and the heater is operated only when the outside air temperature before dawn becomes the lowest. On the other hand, it is generally practiced to use a heat insulation curtain for the purpose of heat insulation and energy saving, to close the heat insulation curtain at nightfall and to open the heat insulation curtain after dawn. The warm air heater may be temporarily used before dawn as described above, but may not be used at all when the outside air temperature is not so low.

The reason is that the transpiration of crops such as vegetables and flowers causes the crops to expel the water absorbed from the soil. In such a water vapor saturated state, when the outside temperature decreases, the relative humidity [RH%] in the greenhouse rises, and dew condensation occurs in the greenhouse. When the leaves of a crop are dewed and the leaves get wet, molds and pathogens attached to the leaves become active, causing disease and killing the leaves and damaging the flowers, thus reducing the commercial value of the crop. Conventionally, pesticides have been used as a countermeasure against the disease that has occurred, or an air conditioning dehumidifier has been used as a countermeasure against dew condensation.

On the other hand, using a cooling dehumidifier to prevent the occurrence of dew condensation entails power consumption. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, the present applicant has developed a dehumidifying method using a warm air heater in horticulture. In this method, when the humidity sensor detects a predetermined relative humidity, the burner of the warm air heater is turned on until the indoor temperature reaches a predetermined temperature, for example, 20 ° C., then the burner is turned off, and the above-described procedure is repeated. It is characterized by that.

It is difficult for people involved in gardening to manage. Alternatively, a polymer film resistance type humidity sensor is used, and although this sensor is inexpensive, it has a slow response speed to changes in humidity and cannot keep up with the dehumidification speed of a warm air heater. When feedback driving is performed using this sensor, there is a problem that the room temperature rises sharply and has a harmful effect on crops. Here, referring to FIG. 6, this figure is a diagram showing the relationship between humidity and temperature due to sensor operation, and is an example in which the burner of the warm air heater is set to ON / OFF at a relative humidity of 90%. In the figure, line A indicates the indoor humidity detected by the polymer film resistance type sensor, line B indicates the indoor humidity measured by the Asman method, line C indicates the indoor temperature, and the burner is used when the sensor detects 90% humidity. Was turned on and the burner was turned off when the humidity dropped by about 10%. From this figure, if you try to lower the value detected by the humidity sensor by 10%,
The room temperature rises by 5 ° C. When the room temperature rises rapidly in this way, abnormal growth occurs, which causes significant damage in the case of flowers. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to operate a warm air heater to control the humidity of a greenhouse whose temperature is controlled by the heater, and to provide a low-cost and easy-to-use humidity sensor such as a polymer film resistance humidity sensor. It is to provide a method of suppressing the rise in room temperature within about 2 ° C. while utilizing it.

It is a simplified diagram that is reproduced from the diagram showing the relationship between temperature and humidity in the room indicated as UCHIDA, where the horizontal axis is room temperature [° C] and the vertical axis is absolute humidity [Kg / K
g-dry air (DA)], the relative humidity [RH%] is 0 on the lower horizontal axis, and RH 10%, 20%, ... 100% is shown by the diagonal line to the left. The line on the right is the wet bulb temperature in ° C. Referring to the figure, the relative humidity of 92% when the room temperature is 21 ° C decreases to 83% when the room temperature rises by 1 ° C and reaches 22 ° C. Therefore, in the first embodiment of the present invention, when the indoor humidity reaches the set humidity (this can be detected by the humidity sensor), the room temperature at that time is taken into the thermo circuit and this value is set. It is controlled by the humidity controller. Humidity controller detects room temperature, 0.8
The temperature is controlled by repeating the temperature rise of ~ 2.0 ℃. When the indoor humidity is far from the set humidity, the temperature rise is calculated from the difference in humidity, and the temperature obtained by adding this value to the room temperature at that time is set as the set temperature for temperature control. The relationship between the rising temperature and the dehumidifying width can be predicted from FIG. 7, but for accurate control, the dehumidifying width data from the humidity and room temperature can be appropriately stored by microcomputer control. be able to.

It is installed inside. Reference numerals 15 and 16 represent the set humidity and the set temperature, 17 is a thermo circuit, 22 is a burner 22a and a blower 22.
It is a hot air heater equipped with b. The humidity sensor 12 has a set humidity 15 and the temperature sensor 13 has a set temperature 16. An inexpensive polymer resistance type sensor was used for the humidity sensor 12, and a thermistor was used for the temperature sensor 13. In use, when the humidity sensor 12 detects that the indoor humidity has reached the set humidity 15 set in the humidity controller 11A, the temperature sensor 13 detects the room temperature at that time, and the room temperature is set to the set temperature.
16 is set in the humidity controller 11A and the room temperature is taken in the thermo circuit 17 of the humidity controller 11A.
The thermo circuit 17 turns ON / O when the temperature rises by 0.8 to 2.0 ° C.
FF, ON / OFF operation of the warm air heater 22 is performed, and humidity is controlled. When the indoor humidity is far from the set humidity 15, the rising temperature is calculated from the difference in humidity, and the temperature obtained by adding this value and the indoor temperature at that time is set to 16
Then, the humidity is controlled as described above. Although the relationship between the temperature rise and the humidity drop can be predicted from FIG. 7, a memory capable of storing dehumidification width data obtained from the temperature rise and the humidity drop for accurate control. Use a microcomputer with. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the results of an experimental example of the method of the first embodiment. Therefore, in the humidity control by the above-mentioned constant temperature control, there is a problem that the indoor humidity changes as the outdoor air temperature changes significantly at night, and accurate humidity control cannot be performed. Therefore, in the second embodiment of the present invention, the difference between the room temperature of the greenhouse and the outside air temperature is constant,
That is, the humidity is controlled using the humidity controller 11B shown in FIG. 2 by controlling the amount of dew condensation to be constant. According to this method, the humidity inside the greenhouse 14 is controlled by the humidity controller 11
When the set humidity 15 set in B is reached, the greenhouse 14
Temperature and the outside air temperature detected by the outside air temperature sensor 18 and the inside / outside air temperature difference 19 are set in the humidity controller 11B and taken into the thermo circuit 17, and after inputting this value into the set temperature 16 and then taken into the thermo circuit 17, the thermo circuit 17 ON / O
The FF controls the warm air heater 22. When such an operation is carried out, the temperature difference between the outside air temperature and the room temperature is always constant, the amount of dew condensation on the lining wall surface is always constant, and therefore the indoor humidity is also constant and the indoor humidity does not change even when the outside air temperature changes. It never changes.

In the figure, line A indicates the indoor humidity actually measured by the Asman method , line B indicates the indoor humidity detected by the polymer film resistance sensor , line C indicates the indoor temperature, and the burner is used when the sensor detects 90% humidity.

It is installed inside. Reference numerals 15 and 16 represent the set humidity and the set temperature, 17 is a thermo circuit, 22 is a burner 22a and a blower 22.
It is a hot air heater equipped with b. A set humidity 15 is connected to the humidity sensor 12, and a set temperature 16 is connected to the temperature sensor 13.
Lines A, B, C, and D respectively represent the measured humidity, the humidity detected by the humidity sensor, the indoor temperature, and the outside air temperature. temperature and humidity onset Shin <br/> instrument measured at (Assmann expression), the sensor with the moisture sensitive film humidity sensor (polymer film resistive) at room temperature thermistor, also measured at ambient temperature thermocouple did. This diagram shows that the room humidity was controlled within the range of 73% to 82% by keeping the room temperature within the range of 15 ℃ to 17 ℃, and the change of the outside air temperature occurred when the room temperature was kept constant. It also shows that the humidity changes with it.
