Substrates made of alumina ceramics, etc. in hybrid ICs can be found, for example, in the May 1983 issue of Electronic Materials Magazine, pages 71 to 74 and pages 32, "Assembling and Inspecting Hybrid ICs Using Visual Robots"
As described in 2007, the product is housed in a magazine (magazine rack) and supplied to the assembly line.
This magazine rack has a box structure with one end open, and a plurality of corresponding storage grooves are provided on the inner walls of the opposing side plates. The substrates are accommodated in the magazine rack in a spaced stack by inserting their peripheral edges into the pair of accommodation grooves.

This creates the need to transfer products to a jig, which cannot serve as a magazine rack for running a consistent line, and becomes an obstacle to line rationalization.

To achieve this object, the present invention has a box-shaped structure with both ends open, consisting of a pair of side plates made of parallel flat plates and a pair of connecting plates made of flat plates connecting the upper and lower ends of these side plates. A plurality of paired accommodation grooves for accommodating plate-like objects are formed extending horizontally on the inner surface of the plate, and partitions made of round bars can be freely inserted and removed in the central part of the two connecting plates and at both ends thereof. The connecting plate has an insertion hole into which the connecting plate is inserted, and a plate-like object viewing portion consisting of a U-shaped notch facing the insertion hole in the center portion is provided at both ends of each of the connecting plates. This is a jig that stores a plate-shaped substrate.

Not only can you visually check the storage status of the large boards, but also the two partitions made of round bars can be inserted and stored in the same storage groove from the respective opening sides facing each other.
It is possible to visually check the accommodation state of each board from the plate-shaped object viewing portion formed by each U-shaped notch.

It has a tall open box-like structure. Furthermore, a plurality of paired housing grooves 5 are formed extending horizontally on the inner surfaces of the side plates 1 and 2. As shown in FIG. 3, these pair of accommodation grooves 5 are U-shaped grooves into which both side edge portions of a substrate 6 made of, for example, ceramic for manufacturing a hybrid IC are inserted. Therefore, since this magazine rack is provided with substrate support edges 7 and 8 above and below the storage groove 5, it is possible to securely hold the substrate 6 not only in the upright state but also in the upside down state. Both side edge parts can be accommodated.

It's becoming like that. In addition, in order to prevent the two boards 6 stored side by side in the magazine rack from overlapping each other and getting stuck in the storage groove 5, making it difficult to remove them, the connecting plates 3 and 4 are A partition body 9 made of a removable round rod is attached to the part. Furthermore, a partition 10 having the same dimensions as the partition 9 serves as a stopper to prevent the board 6 housed in the magazine rack from falling off when the magazine rack is handled.
It is inserted and removably inserted between the ends of 4. In addition,
The partitions 9 and 10 have insertion holes 1 bored in the connecting plates 3 and 4.
1 and 12, and does not easily fall off due to its own weight or a slight external force, but is fitted to such an extent that it can be inserted and removed by the insertion and removal force of the operator.

(第4図も同様)。 As shown in FIG. 2a, such a magazine rack can accommodate two substrates 6 side by side in a pair of storage grooves 5 by using three partitions 9 and 10. By pulling out the partition body 9 from the insertion hole 11, as shown in FIG. 2b,
One large substrate 6 can be accommodated in the pair of accommodation grooves 5 . In addition, in FIGS. 2a and 2b, the white circle indicates only the insertion hole 11, and the black circle indicates the state in which the partition body 10 is inserted into the insertion hole 12 (the same applies to FIG. 4).
