Differences in transfer speed occur due to differences in rotation speed, rolling ratio, etc., so in order to maintain stable rolling operations, it is essential to absorb this difference in transfer speed of the rolled material. In order to absorb the above-mentioned difference in transfer speed of the rolled material, a so-called looper device is provided to curve the bar-shaped material being transferred, separated from the rolled material, between the rolling mills in the front and back rolling processes. .

の回転速度を加減制御するようにした。(Effect of the invention) The present invention includes a looper device that includes a fixed guide having a bulging surface, a swinging guide having a curved surface corresponding to the bulging surface, and a bar-shaped member separated between the bulging surface and the curved surface. In order to avoid sliding contact between the curved bar and the curved surface, the swing guide is opened at a predetermined opening degree, and the rolling machine of the back and forth rolling process is operated based on the detection signal of the curvature amount detection device of the amount of curvature of the bar. The rotation speed of the rolling rolls can be controlled.

ようになつた。 Since the looper device is configured as described above, the bar-shaped material separated by the separating rollers is only bent once during transfer between the two rolling mills, so the bar-shaped material cannot be bent like a conventional looper device. In order to achieve a normal curved state, it is not necessary to straighten this curved bar into a straight line, and there is no need for a separation device to once straighten the bar into a straight state.
It can now be installed in a smaller space than before.

特徴とするルーパ装置。[Claims for Utility Model Registration] Separation rollers that separate the rolled material rolled by the rolling mill in the previous rolling process into rod-shaped materials at the thin wall portion in the longitudinal direction, and each of the separated bar-shaped materials is transferred to the rolling mill in the post-rolling process. In a looper device disposed at a position corresponding to a path line with a guide roller to be guided, a fixed guide having a bulging surface that bulges in the vertical direction is provided between the two rollers, and the longitudinal axis of the guide roller side a swinging guide supported swingably about the axis at predetermined intervals in the direction and having a curved surface opposite to the bulging surface, and rolling based on a detection signal of the bending amount detection device of the bar-shaped material. In addition to a speed control device that controls the rotational speed of the roll, the swing guide is also provided with an opening/closing device that opens and closes the swing guide in a predetermined opening range and a fixed position facing the bulging surface of the fixed guide around the swing support part. A looper device that is characterized by the ability to
