筒状部7aの外周の直径方向に突出させた棒状握
部7cとよりなる旋回用ハンドル8を前記駒状研
磨具7に嵌め、且つ筒状部7aに半径方向外側か
ら研磨具締付用ボルト10を螺入してなるもので
ある。
