The present invention was devised to solve these problems in the prior art, and aims to provide a damper that is simple in structure, compact, and highly reliable in operation, and as a means to achieve this purpose,
A rotation shaft of a blade plate rotatably provided in a casing and an angle adjustment device provided outside the casing and adjusting an opening/closing angle of the blade plate are connected to each other via a shock absorber. A damper comprising: a prismatic inner shell rotatably fitted into a prismatic outer shell, and the shock absorber is placed in a space formed at a corner inside the outer shell on the outer periphery of the inner shell. Either one of the inner shell and the outer shell in the shock absorbing device is constructed of an elastic body that is fitted with an elastic body to impart a fixed position holding action to the outer shell around a central axis line to the inner shell. of,
An arm for adjusting the angle of the vane in the angle adjusting device is fixed to one end of the rotating shaft, and to the other of the inner shell and the outer shell.

With the angle adjustment device fixing the angle adjustment arm at the position where the slats form the desired opening angle,
When a sudden impact from a controlled fluid etc. acts on the vane plate, the elastic body in the shock absorber deforms elastically, causing the inner shell and outer shell to rotate slightly relative to each other, and this relative rotation causes the vane plate and rotation to By slightly rotating the moving shaft relative to the angle adjustment arm fixed by the angle adjustment device, the impact acting on the vane is alleviated.

If the elastic body is compressed and used in such a way that the opening degree of the vane plate is reduced, the damper itself can have a flow rate adjustment function that maintains the flow rate of the controlled fluid constant.

When the setting arm 6 is made smaller, the connection position of the connecting rod 26 to the setting arm 6 is brought closer to the shaft 23, thereby shortening the effective length of the setting arm 6, and as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. When the setting angle of the blade plate 1 is increased, the connecting position of the connecting rod 26 to the setting arm 6 is moved away from the shaft 23, and the effective length of the setting arm 6 is lengthened, thereby increasing the setting angle of the blade plate 1. When is small, even if a large fluid pressure is applied to the vane plate 1, the vane plate 1 does not rotate much, and conversely,
If the setting angle of the vane plate 1 is large, the vane plate 1
The vane plate 1 can be made to rotate significantly by applying only a small amount of fluid pressure to the blade.

ー。[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A rotation shaft of a blade plate rotatably provided within a casing, and an angle adjustment device provided outside the casing for adjusting the opening/closing angle of the blade plate. and are connected to each other via a shock absorbing device, the shock absorbing device having a prismatic inner shell rotatably fitted into a square tubular outer shell, and an outer shell on the outer periphery of the inner shell. The shock absorber is configured such that an elastic body is fitted into a space formed at an inner corner to give the inner shell a function of holding the outer shell in a fixed position around the central axis. In the angle adjusting device, either one of the inner shell and the outer shell is fixed to one end of the rotation shaft, and the other of the inner shell and the outer shell is fixed to the angle adjusting device.
A damper characterized in that the arm for adjusting the angle of the blade plate is fixed. (2) A shock absorber includes a spring set arm that is fixed to either the inner shell or the outer shell and is substantially parallel to the angle adjustment arm, and a spring set arm that protrudes from the angle adjustment arm and is attached to the spring set arm. a support piece facing the arm for use, and a support piece screwed onto the support piece,
The damper according to claim (1), which is a registered utility model, and further includes a shock absorbing degree adjusting device having a bolt whose tip abuts against the spring setting arm.
