That is, first, as a pair of upper and lower casting dies, a lower die having a casting opening at an approximate center of a shaping recess and an upper die having a pattern formed by a convex portion on the upper surface of the shaping recess are prepared. Then pour the slurry into the lower mold, then close the upper and lower molds,
In this state, the base slurry is cast into the mold from the casting port of the lower mold, and the casting pressure presses the slurry in the mold against the mold surfaces of the upper and lower molds to mold the inorganic substrate. A groove pattern is formed on the surface of the inorganic substrate thus obtained. After that, as shown in FIG. 8, the groove pattern forming surface 15a of the inorganic substrate 15 is uniformly glazed and then fired so that the groove 16 pattern appears on the surface of the inorganic substrate 15.

Part of the glazed material flows into the groove 16 and glaze 1
Since the thickness of the glaze 7 is reduced and the thickness of the glaze 17 is increased in the groove 16, a difference in the thickness of the glaze 17 is generated between the horizontal portion 18 and the groove 16, and the difference in unevenness is lessened. Therefore, there is a problem that only the shade of color caused by the difference in the thickness of the glaze 17 is displayed on the surface of the inorganic substrate 15, and the groove pattern is not emphasized so much.

After preparing the upper mold and pouring the sludge into the lower mold, the lower mold and the upper mold are closed and the base slurry is cast into the mold from the casting port of the lower mold. Therefore, the sludge in the mold can be pushed up in its original state without being deformed by the base sludge flowing from the casting port.
As a result, the slurry and the base slurry are tightly integrated, and the casting pressure of the base slurry allows the slurry to be uniformly pressed against the upper and lower mold surfaces. Further, even if the base slurry is cast at a high pressure, the above uniform pressing effect is not impaired, so that the slurry does not deform. Therefore, the inorganic substrate can be obtained in a short time by high-speed casting.
The surface of the thus obtained inorganic substrate is densely formed, and a groove pattern is formed on the dense surface by the convex portions of the upper die surface. In the present invention, next, the above inorganic substrate is fired, then glaze is applied to the surface where the groove pattern of the inorganic substrate is formed, and then the glaze is removed from a portion other than the groove of the groove pattern on the surface, After removing it, the remaining glaze is baked. Therefore, in the ceramic product of the present invention, the surface of the inorganic substrate is
The glaze is baked only in the groove, and the background color of the inorganic substrate and the color of the glaze can be distinguished from each other, and the groove pattern can be sufficiently emphasized.

As shown in the drawing, the sludge 8 colored with a pigment or the like is caused to flow down from the shooter 7 and is filled in the shaping recess 2 a of the lower mold 2. The colored slurry 8 is made of a mixture of feldspar, silica stone, clay and the like. At this time, the filling amount is 60% of the inner volume of the lower mold 2.
It is important that the content be ˜85%. That is, when the filling amount is less than the above range, the inflow amount of the base sludge at the time of casting increases, so that the influence of the flow on the colored sludge 8 becomes large and the shape is easily deformed. This is because if the amount is too large, the inflow amount of the base slurry at the time of casting becomes small and the molding tends to be insufficient. After the lower mold 2 is filled with the colored slurry 8 in this way, the shooter 7 is moved in the direction of the arrow to be removed from the space between the upper and lower molds 1 and 2, as shown in FIG.
In this state, the upper mold 1 is lowered to clamp the mold, and the base slurry 9 containing the glass fiber component having high tensile strength is cast into the mold from the casting port 3. In this case, the base sludge 9 is the fourth
As shown in the figure, while pushing the colored sludge 8 upward while spreading in the left-right direction in the mold, and pressing the colored sludge 8 against the inner surfaces of the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2 by the casting pressure, Be integrated. At this time, the water content of the colored slurry 8 and the base slurry 9 is absorbed by the inner surfaces of the upper mold 1 and the lower mold 2. Next, when this is released from the mold, an inorganic substrate 10 having a groove 11 pattern formed on the upper surface as shown in FIG. 5 is obtained. The inorganic substrate 10 has a thickness of 15 mm, and the groove 11 has a width of 2 mm and a depth of 2 mm. After that, the inorganic substrate 10 is unglazed at 800 ° C., and a glaze 12 is glazed on its surface as shown in FIG. The glaze 12 is feldspar 50%, silica 10%, frog 5
%, Calcium carbonate 10%, zinc white 7%, frit 15
% And pigment 3% (each unit is Wt%) and the like, and finely ground and powdered to which a solvent, a dispersant, etc. are added and suspended to form a fluid. What is colored in a color different from the color that it has is used. After glazing, as shown in FIG.
Is ground with a sand screen or the like, leaving the glaze 12 only inside the groove 11, and this is put into a baking furnace and baked at 1200 ° C. In this way, a patterned ceramic plate is obtained.

By the base slurry 9 flowing in from, it is uniformly pressed against the inner surfaces of the upper and lower molds 1 and 2, so that the surfaces become dense. Moreover, on the surface of the obtained patterned porcelain plate, a pattern in which the color of the colored sludge 8 and the color of the glaze 12 are clearly distinguished from each other and the groove pattern is emphasized appears. Further, since the glass fiber component contained in the base slurry 9 has a high tensile strength, the obtained patterned porcelain plate is strong in strength.

Further, in the above embodiment, the inorganic substrate 10 is unglazed and then glazed, but in some cases, it may be glazed without being unglazed. Therefore, in the present invention, the inorganic substrate is not only a unglazed product but also a product obtained by solidifying slurry in a mold,

After preparing the upper mold having formed, after pouring the sludge into the lower mold, the lower mold and the upper mold are closed and the base slurry is cast into the mold from the casting port of the lower mold. The sludge inside is pushed up as it is without being deformed by the base sludge that flows in from the casting port, the sludge and the base sludge are closely integrated, and the casting pressure of the base sludge causes the sludge to move up and down. It is pressed uniformly against the mold surface of. Therefore, the surface of the obtained inorganic substrate is densely formed. Further, even if the base slurry is cast at a high pressure, the above-mentioned uniform pressing effect is not impaired, so that the slurry does not deform and the inorganic substrate can be obtained in a short time by high-speed casting. A step of preparing a pair of upper and lower casting molds in which a casting opening is opened substantially at the center of the shaping recess of the lower mold and a pattern is formed on the upper surface of the shaping recess of the upper mold with a convex portion. And, the step of pouring the sludge into the lower mold of the casting mold, after closing the lower mold and the upper mold, cast the base slurry from the casting port of the lower mold to move the sludge in the mold up and down with the casting pressure. A molding step of pressing against the mold surface of the mold, a step of taking out the inorganic substrate having a groove pattern formed on the surface of the convex surface of the upper mold from the casting mold and baking it, and applying a glaze to the surface of the baked inorganic substrate. A method for producing a patterned ceramics product, comprising: a step of glaze, a step of removing the glaze from a portion other than the groove of the groove pattern on the surface of the inorganic substrate, and a step of baking the remaining glaze after removing the glaze.
