〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は食品の加熱調理のために用いられる蒸
気加熱調理器に関し、特に蒸気加熱調理器の調理

従来、蒸気加熱調理器では蒸気にて加熱する食
品を容器内に入れて蒸気加熱調理が行なわれてい
る。たとえば一般的な蒸気加熱調理器として蒸器
では、その蒸器の下部に水を収納し、その水を加
熱することによつて蒸気を発生させる。この際蒸
器ではその内部に容器を収納してその容器内に食
品を入れて蒸気調理が行なわれている。

は該前面板部から直交する向きに棒状の把手を設
け、前記調理ケースの底面に蒸気通過部材を設
け、前記把手は人手によつて把持可能な寸法を有
していることを特徴とする蒸気加熱調理器の調理
ケースが得られる。

手段により蒸気が送り込まれる蒸気加熱容器1を

れる蒸気を蒸気加熱容器1に導びく。蒸気加熱容

に調理ケース5が収納される。調理ケース5は周
囲板の一面を構成する前面の板部と、この板部を
直交する方向にこの板部に設けた棒状の把手6と
を有している。把手6は人手によつて把持できる
寸法を有している。調理ケース5の上部は開口さ
れている。調理ケース5の底面には網あるいはパ
ンチングメタル等で作られた蒸気通過部材7が設
けられている。蒸気通過部材7は蒸気加熱調理器
1に設けられた載置板8の上に載せ受けられる。
載置板8は蒸気吐出穴9を有し、その端部が蒸気
加熱調理器1の内面に固定されている。載置板8
の側面には蒸気排出穴10が形成されている。蒸
気排出穴10は、載置板8より上の蒸気加熱調理
器1の側面に形成されている。載置板8の上面に
は対の案内板12が上方に向けてのびている。対
の案内板12にはそれらの間に調理ケース5が受
け入れられる。したがつて、調理ケース5はその
蒸気通過部材7に相対向して載置板8の蒸気吐出
