The gutter that catches the flow of resin condensed on the furnace wall was originally provided for the purpose of preventing the condensed resin from dripping onto the dried material.
Generally, it is installed at the upper periphery of the opening through which dried materials are carried into and out of the furnace, but in the past, no measures were taken to prevent tar condensation on the outer surface of the gutter itself ( (Unable to provide references).

The characteristic structure of the condensed tar dripping prevention structure of the paint drying oven according to the present invention is that a water-containing tar condensation prevention material is attached to the outer surface of the gutter that catches the falling tar that has condensed on the furnace wall. Its functions and effects are as follows.

In other words, as a result of research on resin condensation, the process by which resin condensation occurs is that first, moisture in the furnace condenses to form a wet surface, and resin condensation occurs when resin components dissolve into the condensed water on the wet surface. It turned out to be.

As a result, it has become possible to avoid the occurrence of defective painted products caused by condensed tar dripping on the outer surface of the gutter, resulting in a paint drying oven that is superior in terms of processing quality and processing efficiency. It has also become possible to reduce maintenance costs by reducing the maintenance required to remove condensed tar.

The water-containing action of 9 prevents the formation of a wet surface itself and prevents condensation of resin on the outer surface of the gutter 9, and as a result, the resin condensed on the outer surface of the gutter 8 drips onto the dried material A passing through the opening 7. It is designed to prevent any occurrence that may lead to the production of defective products. 9A in the figure is a glass wool material for heat insulation interposed between the outer surface of the gutter 8 and the slate plate 9.

A slate plate 9 is integrally formed over almost the entire length of the gutter 8.
The above-mentioned is fixed to the gutter 8 by a mounting bracket 10 on the outside of the passage width d of the material A to be dried.

した。 The slate plate 9 is replaced when the slate plate 9 deteriorates or when its moisture content becomes excessive and a wet surface is formed on the outer surface of the slate plate. Board gutter 8
As a result of experiments carried out by attaching it to the outside surface of the slate board, even after 3 weeks of use, only slight discoloration occurred on the surface of the slate board, but no condensation of resin dripped, and replacement maintenance was unnecessary for a long period of time. It turns out that there is something.
