As shown in a perspective view in FIG. 4, the torsion coil spring 16 includes a bearing portion 51 wound a plurality of times, a stepped locking portion 52 having a locking end 53 provided at one end of the bearing portion 51, and a bearing portion 52. It consists of an engaging part 54 provided at the other end of the part 51, and a stepped part locking part 52 and an engaging part 54.
The relationship between the torsion coil spring 16 and the torsion coil spring 16 is approximately V-shaped when viewed from the length direction of the torsion coil spring 16. The bearing part 51 is the shaft 1
Its shape is determined by its relationship with 1, and is, for example, cylindrical. The action of the step locking portion 52 is that in normal operating conditions, the locking end 53 is attached to the step portion 4 of the housing.
6 is sufficient, and the stepped portion locking portion 52
Since the entire shape may be any shape, for example, if the stepped portion locking portion 52 is approximately linear, manufacturing is easy. The engaging portion 54 is connected to the torsion coil spring 1
The lamp holder 6 is formed into a bent shape as shown in FIG. 4, for example, so as to be engaged with the groove 12 of the lamp holder 9 when the lamp holder 6 is attached. A coil spring 8 is disposed between the spring receiver 15 of the lamp holder 9 and the spring receiver of the plunger 4, and the torsion coil spring 16 is rotated while the leg piece 7 of the plunger 4 is oscillatedly guided to the guide groove 10 of the lamp holder 9. A bearing portion 51 is pivotally supported on the shaft 11, and its engaging portion 54 is loosely fitted into the groove 12. In this state, the engaging portion 54 of the torsion coil spring 16 is engaged with the groove 12 of the lamp holder 9, and as shown in FIG. It protrudes from the bottom surface of 9. When the temporary assembly of the plunger 4 and lamp holder 9 is inserted into the housing 20, the torsion coil spring 16 is first pushed by the stepped portion 46 of the housing 20.
As shown in FIG.
Come to the position facing 5. As you insert more,
The engaging portion 54 of the torsion coil spring 16 is rotated and pushed downward, and as shown in FIG.
It comes into contact with the positioning protrusion 44 of. At this time, at the same time, due to the force of pushing down the button 1, the engaging end 53 of the opposing torsion coil spring 16 fits into the recess 45 of the plunger 4, stopping the pushing operation of the button 1.
Micro switch 4 by further pressing button 1
Prevent erroneous operations in step 1. At this time, furthermore, Fig. 5a
The portion of the engaging portion 54 of the torsion coil spring 16 that projects downward from the lower surface of the lamp holder 9 shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5b, when the torsion coil spring 16 is rotated upward, the stepped locking portion 52 and the engaging portion 54 are rotated upward.
However, they accumulate a repulsive force in the direction of moving away from each other. At this time, the coil spring 8 is compressed by a short stroke until the locking end 53 of the torsion coil spring 16 comes into contact with the bottom of the recess 45. From this state, when the pressing force applied to the button 1 is released, the plunger 4 returns upward due to the accumulated elastic force of the coil spring 8. Accordingly, the locking end 53 of the torsion coil spring 16 and the recess 4 of the plunger 4
5, the step locking portion 52 of the torsion coil spring 16 rotates in the direction of the step 46 of the housing 20 due to the accumulated elastic force, and as shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the locking end 53 is locked to the stepped portion 46. As a result, the stepped locking portion 52 of the torsion coil spring 16 no longer acts as a stopper for the plunger 4, so that the button 1 can be pressed down to its full stroke as shown in FIG. You will be able to do this.
