ことにある。While roofing materials made of coated steel sheets have various advantages, they often involve joining work by bolts or welding to perform connection or assembly at a construction site.
In many cases, the structure and work are complicated in order to prevent metal-specific deterioration. Now that there is a demand for a labor shortage, improving workability is a major issue. Further, conventionally, in the case of a steel plate panel of this kind, since it has a heat insulating property peculiar to a metal material, it is necessary to consider the heat insulating property particularly when it is used as a roof. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a heat insulating panel which can improve the workability and shorten the construction period and is also excellent in heat insulating property and particularly suitable as a roofing material.

As the heat insulating material 13, a material having a heat insulating property such as a plastic foam or an inorganic fiber is used. Both end portions in the width direction of the heat insulating material 13 have a front surface material 11 and a back surface material 1 as shown in FIG.
2, the connecting portions 11a, 11b (12a, 12)
It is molded according to the shape conforming to b). That is, one end has a first overlapping portion 13a having a chevron cross section, and the other end has a second overlapping portion 13b having a chevron cross section, and the other second overlap portion 13b has a chevron cross section. Is provided with a coupling flange 13c that projects horizontally to the outside. The overlapping portion 13a on one side is a horizontal flange receiving portion 13d to which the coupling flange 13c on the other side is joined so as to embrace from above. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, when a plurality of heat insulation panels 10 are connected in the width direction, the first overlapping portion 13a on one side of one panel body and the second overlapping portion 13b on the other side of another panel body adjacent to each other. And the other flange receiving portion 13d vertically overlaps with the one coupling flange 13c. Both end connecting portions 11a and 11b of the surface material 11
The shape is bent so that the coupling flanges 13c and the flange receiving portions 13d on both sides of the heat insulating material 13 are wound and covered.

から保護される。9 to 11 show an eaves surface cover (end surface cover) 30 that covers and protects the eaves tip surface of the heat insulating panel 10 in the eaves direction of the building. Eaves cover 30
Is a plurality of heat insulation panels 1 connected horizontally along the eaves
0, some of these are also lateral joints connecting the two insulation panels 10, 10 in the example. That is, the eaves surface cover 30 is sufficient to cover and connect the eaves tip surfaces 10A and 10A (of the front surface material 11, the back surface material 12, and the heat insulating material 13) of the two panel bodies across the two heat insulating panels 10 and 10. Let it be the length. The two heat insulation panels 10 and 10 connected to each other have first and second overlapping portions 13a and 13b appearing on the left and right in the drawing, and the first overlapping portion 13a and the second overlapping portion 13b are connected to the center of these. The part shown is shown. The eaves cover 30 has a main body 31 extending in the longitudinal direction, and the main body 31 has a laminated cross sectional height of the heat insulation panel 10 and a width dimension. Further, the left and right ends of the main body 31 are provided with end pressing portions 32a and 32b having the same shape, which are larger than the width dimension and bent at right angles, and a central pressing portion 32c at the center. These three end pressing portions 32a, 32
b and the central pressing part 32c are the heat insulation panel 1 which overlapped.
It is formed in a shape capable of covering both the first overlapping portion 13a and the second overlapping portion 13b of 0. Further, a bent portion 31a is provided over the entire length of the main body 31, and the bent portion 31a and the above-mentioned three holding portions 32a, 32b, 32c are used,
The eaves cover 30 is fixed to the eaves tip surfaces 10A and 10A of the two heat insulation panels 10 and 10 by driving the rivets 33. The coated end surface 10A is protected from weathering and deterioration due to external exposure.
