Abstract

PURPOSE:To integrally mold a head part and a body part using a resin by mounting a tubular container body part composed of a cylindrical molded object of a laminated sheet on the outer periphery of a mandrel like male mold and clamping the male mold and a female mold to form a cavity to inject a molten thermoplastic resin into the cavity. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical molded object 2 obtained by forming a laminated sheet into a cylindrical shape is mounted on the outer periphery of a mandrel like male mold 2 and the male mold 2 and a female mold 4 are temporarily clamped to form a cavity 5. A molten nitrile resin is injected into the cavity 5 from a die nozzle 6 and, then, the molds 2,4 are perfectly clamped to form a tube container head part 8 to one end of the tube container body part 2 from the resin. That is, the head part 8 consists of a fine neck like mouth part 9 and the fan-shaped shoulder part 10 continued thereto and integrally formed along with the body part 2 to be bonded to the body part 2. Therefore, the body part 2 and head part 8 of a tube container 1 can be strongly bonded.

2. Description of the Related Art A tube container is composed of a cylindrical body made of laminated sheets and a tube container head made of a thermoplastic resin joined to one end of the body, that is, a cylindrical mouth. A tube container formed of a container head composed of a neck and a frusto-conical shoulder connected to the mouth and neck, and a separately-made tube container head molded by injection molding or the like and formed of a tubular molded body. A method of heat-sealing to one end of the body, or a male mold equipped with a container body made of a tubular molded body,
By using a female mold equipped with a thermoplastic resin-made head-molding material molded into a donut shape, and compression-molding the head-molding material between the pair of female and male molds, It is manufactured by, for example, a method of forming a head portion having a mouth neck portion and a shoulder portion connected to the mouth neck portion at one end of a container body formed of a tubular molded body and simultaneously joining the head portions.

In the latter case of compression-molding a doughnut-shaped thermoplastic resin head-forming material, it is necessary to form the donut-shaped head-forming material, and When the doughnut-shaped head-forming material is heat-melted and compression-molded, it is necessary that the head-forming material has an orderly donut shape. For example, polyethylene resin may be used as a resin satisfying such conditions. However, it has a drawback that the type of resin that can maintain an orderly donut shape during compression molding is extremely limited.

On the other hand, according to the present invention, it is not necessary to preliminarily mold a separately manufactured tube container head or head forming material, and a thermoplastic resin for molding the tube container head is used. Is not particularly limited, and is particularly known as a resin having a high melting temperature or a resin having low fluidity or elasticity when melted, for example, a gas barrier resin,
Since the melting temperature is high and the fluidity when melted is low, it cannot be applied to compression molding using the above-mentioned material for head molding. Nitrile resin {for example, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-60234. There is also provided a method for manufacturing a tube container capable of forming the described Barex: registered trademark} or the like as a tube container head.

According to the method of manufacturing a tube container of the present invention, after the mouth and neck which becomes the head of the tube container and the shoulder which is continuous with the mouth and neck are formed in separate steps by, for example, injection molding, A female mold that is attached to one end of a tubular container body made of a laminated sheet with a laminated sheet by heat welding, or a doughnut-shaped thermoplastic resin head molding material that is molded in a separate process is used However, as compared with the tube container manufacturing method in which the tube container head is molded and adhered by compression molding the head molding material between a pair of female and male molds, Therefore, it is not necessary to perform molding in a separate system, and the manufacturing process is simplified.

Further, in the method of manufacturing the tube container of the present invention, since the resin can mold the tube container head by injection molding, the molding and joining of the tube container head can be performed at the same time with any resin. For example, a nitrile resin that cannot be applied to compression molding using a head molding material because of its high melting temperature and low fluidity when melted can be used, and the tube container head There is no limitation on the resin for molding the part.

1. A tube container body formed of a tubular molded body made of a laminated sheet is attached to the outer periphery of a mandrel-shaped male die, and then the mandrel-shaped male die and the female die are clamped to each other. A cavity is formed between the mandrel-shaped male mold and the female mold, and then a molten thermoplastic resin is injected into the cavity to form a tube made of the thermoplastic resin on one end of the tube container body. A method of manufacturing a tube container, characterized in that the container head is integrally molded and joined.
