本考案は、ステーターコイルのチヤツキング治

[従来の技術とその問題点]
従来、小型フアン用のステーターコイルは、ア
ウターロータ型式のモータとして、電算機の冷却
フアンモータ等の狭い場所で使用する場合、ロー
タとのギヤツプをできるだけ小さくすることが特
性上好ましい。而して、このようなステーターコ
イルは、マグネツトワイヤーの巻線後のコイルエ
ンドをプレス等にて成形加工する。しかし、ワニ
ス処理、加熱処理によつてコイルエンドがふくら
んで元に戻る所謂スプリングバツクが起き、コイ
ル幅が大きくなる。このためステーターコイルの
ワニス含浸処理は、低温長時間硬化処理とするか
或はコイルエンドに重しを載せて一台づつ処理す
る必要があつた。その結果、ワニスの滴下含浸処
理を高品質でしかも高い生産性の下に行うことは

コイルのコア部の中空部に貫挿される軸芯1の一
端部に後述するナツト部2を螺合するためのねじ
溝3を形成し、他端部に鍔部4を形成したボルト
部5を有している。軸芯1の径は、被処理体であ
るステーターコイルの中空部を貫挿できるもので
あれば良い。ボルト部5の一端部には、ステータ
ーコイルを貫入した後、フツ素樹脂等からなる同
図Bに示すようなリング状のスペーサ部材6を介
して同図Cに示すようなナツト部2が着脱自在に
嵌合されるようになつている。スペーサ部材6の
肉厚は、コイルエンド幅の異なる種々のステータ
ーコイルを常に一定でボルト部5及びナツト部2
で狭持固定できるように、コイルエンド幅に応じ
