本考案は、マンホールのコンクリート蓋の改良

マンホールの蓋は従来鋳鉄製のものが使用され
てきたが、防錆のための面倒な処理をしばしば行
わなければならないことと、マンホール蓋のまわ
りの道路舗装との異和感があるため、マンホール
の蓋をコンクリート製のものとすれば、防錆処理
の問題も少なく、また道路舗装とのなじみもよく
なる、ということから、コンクリート製とするこ
とが望まれ、これまで各種のコンクリート製とし
たマンホール蓋が提案されている。

これまで提案されてきたコンクリート蓋は、鋳

大であるため、施設現場への運搬に経費がかかる
という欠点がある。また、コンクリート蓋とする
ならば、その表面部を道路の舗装材に合わせて形
成することが要望されてきた。しかし、道路の舗
装は場所により様々に異なるため、それに適合す
るコンクリート蓋を工場生産するとなれば、コス
トが著しく高くなる、という問題が生ずる。

る問題点を解決するためになされたもので、コン
クリート蓋を現場におけるコンクリート打ち及び
舗装によつて製作することができ、コストや運搬
経費を低減することのできるコンクリート蓋を提

用のネジ穴6,6を設け、この枠体1内の下部に
はコンクリート7を充填すると共に、同上部には
舗装材8を充填したことを特徴とするものであ

下部にはコンクリートを充填すると共に、同上部
には舗装材を充填した構成としたので、コンクリ
ート蓋は枠体と補強材とにより強固にでき耐久性
に優れており、また、棧材の交叉個所の下端部に
は型枠取付用のネジ穴を設けているので、コンク
リート蓋を施設する現場において、枠体内へのコ
ンクリート及び舗装材の充填が可能となり、その
ため、工場生産した重いコンクリート蓋を現場に
運ぶという必要がなく、運搬、施工が容易で経費
を節減することができるばかりでなく、現場にお
いての道路舗装に合わせて舗装材の選定、施工が
でき、現場の状態に適したコンクリート蓋の製
作、施設が容易にできる等、多くの利点がある。
