Description
本考案は、極大量の茶生葉を鮮度を保ちながら
貯蔵し、順次に次の蒸熱工程へ給葉するコンベヤ
型茶生葉管理装置の大容量化に対処し得る貯槽本
体に関するものである。

この数年の間に、実公昭58−23227号公報に見
られる考案を基本とする、いわゆる「コンベヤ
型」の茶生葉管理装置に対する評価が高まり、大
規模工場だけでなく中規模工場にもこれが導入さ
れるようになつてきている。
それと同時に、一台の装置の大容量化が強く望
まれるようにもなつてきた。
というのも、大規模工場なら生葉室自体にある
程度余裕があり、多数の装置を並設させることで
極大量の茶生葉にも対処し得るが、中規模工場と
なると、生葉室自体の広さにも制限があり、ま
た、複数台を並設させ得たとしても、各装置間の
間隔が非常に無駄に思えるからである。
ところが、貯槽の底のムーブフロアたるコンベ
ヤを広幅にして大容量化を図るにしても、従来の
装置も、例えば実開昭57−187046号公報の考案に
見るように、大容量化のための工夫が既になされ
てきているので、これ以上の大容量化を図るため
には、製作上、機構上、使用上等、種々制約を克
服する更なる新たな工夫を要する。
具体的には、次のような問題があるのである。
コンベヤを構成するキヤタピラ板を広幅の一枚
板で成形するとなると、きわめて大きな鋼板を使
用しなければならなく、板取が困難となる。
キヤタピラ板の断面係数を確保するために、キ
ヤタピラ板に曲げ加工等を施すのであるが、この
ための大型の加工機械を新たに設備する必要が生
じてしまう。
左右のチエーンの伸びに違いがでてきた場合、
キヤタピラ板が左右で斜めに進むようになり、そ
れがコンベヤの前後端で転向する際、曲がつてし
まう。
コンベヤが広幅になると、中央の茶生葉への通
気が不足する欠点がさらに顕著になつてくる。

たな加工設備等を全く必要としなくて、コンベヤ
の実質的広幅化による貯槽の大容量化を図り、合
わせて不足がちになる貯槽中央の茶生葉への通気
をたくみに確実に行え得るようにし、もつて、真
に実用に耐えうるコンベヤ型茶生葉管理装置の大

本実施例の場合、貯槽のムーブフロアたるコン
ベヤは右コンベヤ1と左コンベヤ2の二つのコン
ベヤよりなり、各コンベヤ1,2は従来と同様の
構成からなり、従来のコンベヤそのものも利用可
能である。
すなわち、チエーン3は、チエーンプレート
4、チエーンコロ5、チエーンピン6よりなり、
図示しないが、茶生葉管理装置の機枠の両端に軸
架された駆動輪・従動輪間に架設されており、各
キヤタピラ板7は、両チエーン3,3間にその両
端がチエーンピン6で枢着され、これらが、連続
的となつて各コンベヤ1,2を構成している。
なお、この場合、キヤタピラ板7をチエーン3
に取り付けるに当たつて、チエーンピン6により
取り付けるようにしたが、本考案におけるコンベ
ヤはこれに限るものでなく、チエーンプレート4
にキヤタピラ板7をボルト締め等する形式であつ
ても勿論かまわない。
そして、両コンベヤ1,2は、その一側チエー
ン3,3とが近接されて機枠に並設される。な
お、8は機枠中央の骨レールであり、該一側チエ
ーン3,3のチエーンコロ5,5がここを転向す
る。9は、この両コンベヤ1,2の並設部に設け
られた覆体であり、隣接チエーン部分10を覆う
ようにコンベヤの長手に沿つて装着される。この
覆体9自体はパンチングメタル等の透気性鋼板が
中央に稜線を一直線状に連ねるよう断面山型状に
折り曲げられ、その両下縁にスベリ材としての塩
ビパイプ11が嵌着されてなる。
本実施例の場合、この覆体9を装着するに当た
つては、その始端を貯槽の受給端壁12に固定1
3し、その塩ビパイプ11を単に左右コンベヤの
隣接チエーン部分10の横キヤタピラ板上に置く
形のものとしたが、これに限らず、前記骨レール
8に支持柱を適宜間隔で立設し、これに吊持させ
る形で取り付けてもよい。
しかして、右コンベヤ1、左コンベヤ2、中央
の覆体9で、あたかも一台のコンベヤ上の中央に
風胴が載置されたようなムーブフロアが形成され
る。
こうして、形成されたムーブフロア上に長手両
側壁14と受給端壁12とが立設されて茶生葉管
理装置の貯槽本体を構成する。
また、この貯槽本体には、コンベヤ下方より茶
生葉に通気を行うための送風装置15や、図示し
ないが茶生葉を貯槽全体に均一高さに積層する均
一投入装置、掻き落し装置、送り出し装置等が常
法にしたがい付設させる。
そこで、茶生葉を投入し、送風等を行つてしば
し貯留し、必要の都度掻き落とし装置等を駆動し
てムーブフロアたる両コンベヤ1,2を駆動すれ
ば、所要量の茶生葉が次の蒸熱工程へ供給されて
いく。
もつとも、この点、従来装置と全く同じである
が、本実施例ではムーブフロアをコンベヤ二機並
設して構成しているため、実質的に二倍の広幅化
がなされたこととなり、二倍の茶生葉が貯留され
る。
また、広幅化されたことにより貯槽中央の茶生
葉に対して通気が不足気味となるが、両コンベヤ
1,2の並設部に隣接チエーン部分10を覆うよ
うに設けた覆体9によりあたかも、風胴のよう
に、貯槽中央に空胴部が確保され、送風装置15
からの風がここから中央の茶生葉へいきわたり、
呼吸熱を奪い鮮度を保つ。
また、実質的にコンベヤが広幅化されてはいる
が、実際には、右コンベヤ1と左コンベヤ2とは
全く別のコンベヤであるので、左右でチエーン3
の伸びが違つても、各独立に伸縮調整でき、ま
た、キヤタピラ板が斜めになつて進行し、コンベ
ヤ前後端の転向部で曲がつてしまうこともない。
さらに、キヤタピラ板は従来の大きさ、あるい
はそれ以下の大きさで実質的な広幅化を実現でき
るので、新たに大型な加工設備を用意する必要は
なく、板取り自体も容易である。
