Furthermore, this conveyor system can automatically perform everything from inputting green tea leaves to taking them out.
In recent years, the above-mentioned conveyor type has become mainstream as a management device.

Since the input end and the output end of a multi-stage conveyor are arranged alternately, and the conveyors in each stage are connected, the only option is to take out items in the order of input, which is called first in, first out. When loading and unloading tea leaves at the same time, even if there is a blank space where there are no green tea leaves in the middle of the conveyor, it is not possible to fill it up. Although it is possible to do this, the raw tea leaves that have been input are sent to each stage in order, and the tea leaves that have been input first are taken out in order, so even if there is a gap in the middle, it is impossible to fill it up, which reduces the efficiency of storage. The problem is that it is not good.

The result is that the cold air vented from below is likely to short-circuit from there, and as a result, the green tea leaves in the vicinity cannot be cooled by ventilation, and some may become hot and deteriorate.

A scattering conveyor that can be rotated forward and backward is movable along a rail built over the entire length of the storage tank at the top of the storage tank. It is possible to supply fresh tea leaves, and in supplying the green tea leaves, there is no need to move the endless transportation belt that constitutes the fresh tea leaf management means, even if a blank space occurs on the storage tank. The above-mentioned scattering conveyor can easily fill the blank space. In addition, the stacked green tea leaves can be scraped off evenly by the scraping device installed on the sending end of the endless transport belt of the green tea leaf management means at each stage, and the scraping device directly below is covered. A green tea leaf guide plate is installed diagonally downward at the sending end of the endless transport belt of each stage, so that the green tea leaves scraped off by the green tea leaf guide plate are smoothly delivered directly to the take-out conveyor provided at the bottom. It is something that can be dropped.

を図つている。 By the way, if the belt width of the above-mentioned scattering conveyor 32 is more than half of the belt width of each endless transport belt 11, 12, 13, if green tea leaves are introduced from the end of the scattering conveyor 32, each endless transport belt 11,
A stack of green tea leaves is formed with a substantially uniform thickness in the width direction of the tea leaves 12 and 13, but if the belt width of the scattering conveyor 32 is narrow, simply dropping the tea leaves will not spread the leaves in the width direction. Therefore, it is necessary to spread it evenly in the width direction. In this embodiment, since the belt width of the dispersing conveyor 32 is narrow, a solution to this problem is provided by providing dispersing means 40 at both ends of the dispersing conveyor 32 so that the dropped green tea leaves are evenly spread in the width direction. It's on.

のである。 Since the present embodiment is configured as described above, the operation of sequentially putting shipped green tea leaves into each storage tank a is as follows: First, when putting green tea leaves into the bottom right storage tank a, Conveyor 39
, the intermediate conveyor 36 is rotated in the normal direction, and the belt 33 is rotated in the normal direction while the spreading conveyor 32 on the storage tank a is moved, and the spreading means 4 is also rotated in the normal direction.
Activate 0 and start adding fresh tea leaves from the first half. When the tea leaves are fed in this way, while the left end of the dispersion conveyor 32 repeatedly moves back and forth from side to side over approximately the front half of the storage tank a, a stack of green tea leaves is formed on the front half and gradually becomes thicker. The bed pressure that can be formed by one movement from side to side is adjusted by changing the speed of movement of the spreading conveyor 32. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, sensors 51 for checking green tea leaves are provided at both ends of the scattering conveyor 32.
If 2 moves only when the green tea leaves are put in, a more even stack can be formed.

is reversed, and the spreading means 40 at the right end of the spreading conveyor 32 is rotated. This causes the spreading conveyor 32
Fresh tea leaves are sequentially dropped from the right end onto the rear half of storage tank a. As in the first half described above, when the green tea leaves are stacked up to a predetermined height, the feeding of the green tea leaves into this storage tank is completed. Therefore, the transport conveyor 39, the intermediate conveyor 36, and its dispersing conveyor 32 are stopped, and if there are still shipped green tea leaves, the transport conveyor 39 is stopped so that they can be thrown into the storage tank a on the upper stage, for example. , the intermediate conveyor 35, and the scattering conveyor 32 above the storage tank a are operated, and the feeding of green tea leaves from the front half of the storage tank a is started again. FIG. 1 shows the state at this time.

The green tea leaves can be cooled and sprayed almost uniformly in the width direction of the endless transport bodies 11, 12, and 13, which are the bottom surfaces of each storage tank a, without damaging them. That is, the green tea leaves introduced from the end of the scattering conveyor 32 are once received by the rotating rotary plate 44 and dispersed around the surrounding area by the centrifugal force caused by the rotation, but only the conical part 45 is formed at the center where the centrifugal force is weak. Since there are no guide blades on the surface, the green tea leaves will not be damaged when spraying. In addition, since it is not possible to spread green tea leaves over a wide area only by the centrifugal force of the rotary plate 44, in this embodiment, a blade 46 is integrally provided on the back surface of the rotary plate 44.
The green tea leaves that have fallen around the rotary plate 44 are blown away by the wind force and fall relatively evenly and spread over a wide range. As mentioned above, the fresh tea leaves are blown away by the wind, so there is no damage to the fresh tea leaves, and at this time, heat is radiated from each fresh tea leaf, so a cooling effect can be expected. .

The green tea leaves fall onto the storage tank a along the hanging windings 48, and together with the reciprocating movement of the scattering conveyor 32 itself described above, the tea leaves fall onto the storage tank a.
A stack of green tea leaves having a substantially uniform layer thickness is formed on top.

When activated, the green tea leaves in the storage tank a on the endless transport belt 13 are sent out toward the delivery end, and the scraping device 17
The tea leaves are scraped off little by little and fall to the take-out conveyor 61 below, where they are conveyed as they are to the tea processing machine. The same is true when taking out the green tea leaves in the upper or middle storage tank a, but in this case, the green tea leaves falling from the delivery end of the endless transport belt 11 or 12 cover the scraping device 17 directly below. As the green tea leaf guide plate 62 is installed diagonally downward as shown in FIG. The fresh tea leaves are never touched.

The storage capacity can be increased, and furthermore, each of the storage tanks arranged in the sub-tiers is equipped with a dispersion conveyor that is movable in the longitudinal direction and has a length approximately half of the storage tank. Therefore, fresh tea leaves can be placed anywhere in each storage tank, and the efficiency of storing fresh tea leaves is extremely high.
Since there is no need to move the endless transportation belt when storing the green tea leaves mentioned above, there is no gap between the left and right side walls of the storage tank, and the ventilation from the wind guide ensures ventilation between each green tea leaf. It is possible to maintain the quality of raw tea leaves.

である。 Furthermore, when taking out the green tea leaves, the stacked green tea leaves can be evenly scraped off by the scraping device installed on the delivery end of the endless transport belt.
Furthermore, since the green tea leaf guide plate is installed diagonally downward at the delivery end so as to cover the scraping device of the green tea leaf management means directly below, the green tea leaves scraped from above slide on the green tea leaf guide plate. It is dropped onto the take-out conveyor without touching the scraping device below.
