(C) Extraction method An example of an extraction method using the immersion method described in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia will be explained. First, the herbal medicines are selected, cleaned, crushed, and sieved, and the various herbal medicines are mixed according to the ratio, and a fixed amount of alcohol is placed in a container with a lid for immersion. Then shake and stir regularly for about 25 days. Next, the supernatant liquid is pumped out, the residue is squeezed and filtered,
Add the remaining filtrate to the supernatant and mix well.
Leave it for about 24 hours and filter again to obtain the extract. This method is suitable for extracting active ingredients at room temperature and pressure, and alcohol is not only used as a stimulant, but also has sterilizing and preservative effects. In the above extraction method, the herbal medicine is immersed in alcohol to elute and extract the active ingredient, but the extraction method is not limited to the above extraction method, and the following method may be used. The herbal medicine may be immersed in water or hot water to elute and extract the active ingredients. When using hot water in this extraction method, a temperature below 50 degrees is preferred. In this extraction method, the extract is prone to putrefaction, but the extract is heated, preferably vacuum-dried, to form a powder or have a low moisture content, and a preservative such as alcohol or saline is added to prevent putrefaction. Can be prevented and used. The extract may be made into a powder by vacuum drying or the like. The herbal medicine may be immersed in another solvent to elute and extract the active ingredient, and the solvent may be removed or replaced with alcohol or the like. The active ingredients may be eluted for each herbal medicine and mixed later. To elute the active ingredients of herbal medicines, temperature is applied,
Preferably, pressure change can be applied to speed up the elution. The extract may be present in a liquid by being extracted into water or alcohol, or may be a solid from which a solvent such as water or alcohol has been removed. When immersing herbal medicines in water or alcohol to elute the active ingredients, it is not necessarily necessary to filter them to create a filtrate. For the production of ointments, the residue can also be used as an auxiliary agent in the ointment. (D) Hair tonics Herbal medicines are immersed in alcohol to elute the active ingredients and remove residue, and can be used as is as an external hair tonic. The extract is dried and made into a powder, which can be used as an external hair tonic by adding water, alcohol, etc. Dry extract into powder, and/
Alternatively, an ointment made by adding an auxiliary agent to the extract containing the residue can be used as is as an external hair tonic. Incidentally, known auxiliary agents can be used when making the ointment, and known vacuum drying methods can also be used, so detailed explanations thereof will be omitted. The hair tonic of the present invention contains a mixture of extracts of at least five or more crude drugs selected from the group consisting of Motsuka, Touki, Senkiyu, Botanpi, Toshishi, Hakusenpi, Bofuu, and Danjin, and has a hair nourishing effect, The hair tonics of group A in the examples described later are effective for hair growth, especially hair regeneration, and the hair tonics of group B are effective for hair growth, especially hair loss prevention. Group C hair tonics are effective for general hair growth such as hair regeneration, hair loss prevention, and hair growth, and are appropriately selected and treated in consideration of the patient's constitution, symptoms, gender, age, date of onset, etc. (E) Treatment methods and effects Among the above-mentioned hair restorers, we will mainly explain the treatment methods and effects of Group A hair restorers, which are mainly responsible for hair regeneration, which has been considered the most difficult until now. B. Use Group A hair tonic: Apply to the affected area twice a day, and if new hair does not start to grow after 2 days, you can increase the number of uses and dosage as appropriate, and adjust according to the condition of new hair growth. do. If your scalp becomes red and slightly itchy after a few days of use, this is a sign that the medicine is working properly. People with sensitive skin or people with impaired liver function may experience itching or eczema in extremely rare cases, so in such cases, temporarily stop using the product and wait until the itching and eczema have subsided before using it again. This treatment is effective for alopecia areata and complete alopecia. B. Use of Group B hair tonic: Apply to the affected area twice a day, use continuously for 1 to 2 weeks, and when hair loss stops, switch to Group A hair tonic for treatment. The above treatment method has a remarkable effect on seborrheic alopecia, and has shown certain effects on androgenetic alopecia and various symptomatic alopecia. If you experience itching while using a group A hair tonic, you may switch to a group B hair tonic, and when the itching stops, use a group A hair tonic. That is, the use of group A and group B hair growth agents further widens the therapeutic range, and the combination method is most suitable for the treatment of premature baldness in the very early stages. C. Use of group C hair tonic The treatment is the same as the group A treatment, but it may be applied to the affected area two to three times a day. It is effective for stages 1 to 3 of seborrheic alopecia, alopecia areata, total alopecia, recurrent alopecia areata, etc.
When used in combination with Group B hair growth agents, the therapeutic range becomes even wider. (F) Clinical trial Mainly uses Group A hair tonic, Group B
Treatment was carried out in combination with a hair tonic from Group C, or by using a hair tonic from Group C, taking into account the patient's symptoms, constitution, gender, age, or the date and course of symptoms.
Details of the 1033 clinical trials are shown below. B. Cases and age structure of 1033 cases: 758 men, 275 women, 599 with internal alopecia areata, 265 with total alopecia, 169 with generalized alopecia;

The average cure rate for the three was 84.8%, and the total efficacy rates for the three were not significantly different, 98.3% and 97.7%, respectively.
It was 94.1%. In addition, as a result of conducting statistics on the hair growth status of 443 cases, it was found that the shortest time from the start of treatment until downy hair began to grow was only 7.
The longest it took was 56 days, and the average was 23 days. Details of treatment efficacy When examining the relationship between age and cure rate, the cure rate is over 89% for patients under 50 years old, and 75% for patients over 50 years old.
It is as follows. This is thought to be because various functions of the human body decline with aging, which affects hair regeneration. When we investigated the relationship between gender and efficacy rate, we found that there was no clear difference, and that the drug was effective for both men and women without much difference. Examining the relationship between medical history and cure rate, it was found that 89% of patients had a medical history of less than 5 years, and the longer the medical history, the worse the effectiveness of the treatment, and the worst case was for those with a medical history of 11 years or more, dropping slightly to 45%. I understood. When examining the relationship between the treatment course and the therapeutic effect, it was found that the therapeutic effect was good during the 3rd to 5th treatment course, and the therapeutic effect gradually decreased thereafter. Examining the relationship between age and recurrence, we found that from 11 years old to 40 years old
It was found that the recurrence rate was highest in patients between 10 and 20 years of age, and the recurrence rate was relatively low in patients younger than 10 years and older than 40 years. When examining the relationship between recurrence and medical history, it was found that the recurrence rate was relatively low at 17.3% or less for those with a history of 7 years or less, and relatively high at a maximum of 34% for those with a history of 7 years or more. (G) Toxicity test (a) Acute toxicity 20 of Group A hair tonics with the most pronounced effects
% and 10% dilutions were prepared and applied once a day for 3 consecutive days to Chinese Kunming small white rats (18 to 22 tiles) for acute toxicity tests, but no toxic reactions were observed. (b) Subacute toxicity 60 arbitrarily selected male Chinese large rats (body weight
Divide the hair (100 to 150 tiles) into four groups, remove the hair on the back of each group, make diluted solutions of 5%, 20%, and 50%, and apply them once a day to the hairless area. A liver function test was conducted, but no toxic reactions were observed, so after one month, the concentration was doubled and the application was continued for one month, and the general condition of the large rat was good during this period, and when the hair tonic was started, When the concentration increases, you may become mentally depressed,
Phenomena such as hair standing on end and decreased movement were observed, but these phenomena quickly disappeared.
In addition, rotten tail infection was observed in the large-dose group after two months, and as a result of autopsy, swelling of the spleen was observed in individual cases.
The pathology report was acute splenitis, and iron-blood yellowing and focal interstitial pneumonia were observed. Focal interstitial pneumonia and hyperplasia of skin hair follicles were observed in the medium dose group, while no abnormalities were observed in the low dose group. In addition, it was observed that the hair on the hair to which the hair growth agent was applied grew quickly and the new hair became denser, thicker and harder than the new hair that had grown naturally, and it was necessary to remove the hair again after about 10 days. Furthermore, although the skin became slightly thicker and harder after the experiment was completed, no ulcers, necrosis, or inflammatory reactions were observed. Judging from the experimental results, group A hair tonics obviously have the effect of stimulating hair regeneration, exhibiting mild toxicity at large doses, hyperplasia of skin hair follicles at medium doses, and no toxicity at small doses. Although it does not show any toxic reactions, it has the effect of promoting hair growth, and it was confirmed that there are no toxic reactions when used in small doses over a long period of time. C. Effects on fetuses Female and male Kunming small white rats (weight 25-30 tiles) from China were bred at a ratio of 1:2, 10 mice per group were impregnated, and the abdomen was dissected on the 18th day after pregnancy, and the fetuses were removed and examined. As a result, the use of large doses (equivalent to 10 times the amount of human preparations) of hair tonics caused toxicity and malformations in the fetus, while the use of small doses (equivalent to 5 times the amount of human preparations) caused harm to the fetus. No toxicity or malformations were observed. However, from a safety standpoint, it was concluded that use by pregnant women should be avoided. It is used in various blending ratios within the range of 0.1 to 20%, taking into account symptoms, constitution, etc. There are many formulation examples, so we have only shown a few examples. Needless to say, it is not limited to. In addition, the types of herbal medicines used may be increased or decreased as appropriate depending on the symptoms and the like. In addition, in all of the above examples, the active ingredients were extracted and formulated using the immersion method described in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, but as mentioned above, it is also possible to extract the active ingredients by promoting the elution of the active ingredients using a pressure change, or by vacuum drying. Needless to say, the extract may be concentrated by drying or air-dried, or the active ingredient may be powdered, and an auxiliary agent may be added thereto, and the product may be shipped in the form of an ointment or in the form of a powder. [Effects of the Invention] This invention is configured as described above, and compared to the low effectiveness and cure rates of conventional treatments and treatments with drugs, and the lack of comparable treatments and drugs, this invention has improved the effectiveness of treatments in clinical trials. As seen in the statistical results table (Table 2), both the efficacy rate and cure rate are extremely high, and it is extremely useful and brings good news to those who are suffering from baldness or hair loss in secret.
