Conventionally, in order to manufacture rectangular paper tubes used for the bodies of containers, etc., a cylindrical flat-wound paper tube is manufactured using a circular mandrel, and then this paper tube is soaked with moisture to make it soft, and then the square shaft is made. A square paper tube was obtained by inserting a paper tube into a shaped mold, shaping it, and removing it from the mold after drying.

By the way, the conventional method of producing a cylindrical paper tube and then forming it into a square paper tube requires many processing steps.
This increases the cost of the product, and since the circular paper tube is deformed, the finished appearance and strength deteriorate, resulting in a lower commercial value.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this invention forms the mandrel body around which the paper tube is wound and formed in the shape of a rectangular column, and the mandrel body is mounted on a support stand so that it can move freely in the axial direction in a horizontal state. A motor for rotating the mandrel body is provided on the support base, and the outer surface of the mandrel body is the outer circumferential surface of the mandrel body. The movable member is fitted, and one end of the movable member located on the support stand side is pivoted to the mandrel body using a pivot fitting so that it can swing freely in the radial direction about the pivot fitting, and the mandrel body A spring is provided between the free end of the movable member and the other end of the movable member, which biases the movable member with rotational elasticity in a direction in which the outer surface of the movable member retracts from the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel body, and the mandrel body is moved to the forward position. A rotary shaft protruding from the center of the distal end surface is fitted and held in a position facing the free end surface of the movable member, and a cam having an inclined surface on the outer peripheral surface is fixedly disposed, and When the mandrel body is in the forward position, it rests on the inclined surface of the cam and pushes up the movable member,
A trochanter is installed to align the outer surface of the movable member with the outer circumferential surface of the mandrel body, and the tip is close to the outer circumferential surface of the mandrel body at the position of the support base side end of the mandrel body in the forward position, and the trochanter is placed in position to align the outer surface of the movable member with the outer circumference surface of the mandrel body. The mandrel adopts a configuration in which a pull-out plate is arranged to receive the end of the square paper tube to prevent it from moving during the mandrel body, and to pull out the square paper tube from the mandrel body.

とになる。 When pulling out the square paper tube, the movable member is immersed into the incision and a portion of the outer circumferential surface of the mandrel is reduced in diameter, thereby weakening the tension on the inner circumferential surface of the square paper tube against the mandrel, and the square paper tube is pulled out in the axial direction. When the mandrel main body is retracted, the ends of the rectangular paper tube come into contact with the pull-out plate to prevent movement, and the mandrel main body is pulled out from the rectangular paper tube.

As described above, according to this invention, it becomes possible to automate the pulling out of the rectangular paper tube formed around the outer periphery of the rectangular columnar mandrel body with a simple structure, and to cut only one surface of the mandrel. Since an opening is provided and this is closed by a movable member, the square shape of the mandrel is improved, and a square paper tube with excellent strength and high precision can be manufactured at low cost.

There is no need to use a driving source, and the structure can be simplified.

を配置した角形紙管の巻締装置。 The mandrel body, around which the paper tube is wound and formed, is formed into a square column shape, and the mandrel body is rotatably supported by a support stand so as to be movable in the axial direction in a horizontal state. A motor for rotating the mandrel body is provided on the support stand. A movable member, the outer surface of which becomes the outer circumferential surface of the mandrel body, is fitted into a cutout provided along the axial direction on one surface of the mandrel body, and one end of the movable member located on the support stand side is attached to the mandrel body by a pivot fitting, and the movable member is capable of swinging in the radial direction around the pivot fitting. a spring is provided between the free end of the mandrel body and the other end of the movable member for urging the movable member with a rotational elasticity in a direction in which its outer surface recedes from the outer circumferential surface of the mandrel body, a rotating shaft protruding from the center of the tip surface is fitted and held in a removable manner at a position opposite to the free end surface of the mandrel body when it has moved to the advanced position, a cam having an inclined surface on its outer circumferential surface is fixedly disposed, and when the mandrel body is in the advanced position, the tip of the movable member is placed on the inclined surface of the cam to push up the movable member,
A roller is attached to align the outer surface of the movable member with the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel body, and a pulling plate is disposed at the support base side end of the mandrel body in the forward position, the tip of which is close to the outer peripheral surface of the mandrel body, receives the end of the square paper tube when the mandrel body retracts, prevents it from moving, and pulls the square paper tube out of the mandrel body.
